Have been posting a fair bit onto Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.... so the types of posts, written posts, are certainly on the downtrend. That said, I wanted new members to know every week we will be adding free overview content to help various roles (project managers, business analysts, project coordinators, subject matter experts, and project executives and sponsors, etc.) on your project journeys. We have also started to 'go-live' via Tik Tok and Skool, so we are trying to coordinate the links and get that to be more consistent. If anyone has any questions, please drop them here. Today I ran the first live call via TikTok where I got into the details of what you should include when you're pulling together a software implementation project schedule. For over 20 years, I have been delivering software, strategy, and transformation project outcomes.
