For 7 days you get one task a day. Each one takes under an hour. By day 7 you'll have a trade, an area, three subs, a priced job and ten clients contacted. How it works. Do the task. Post it in First Job Challenge with #FirstJobChallenge and the day number. I read every one, and the operators here answer the same day. Day 1, Monday. Pick your lane. One trade or one type of job, one town. Post both and why. Day 2, Tuesday. Play the game at constructionarbitrage.com/play. Post your score, your rank and what killed you. Day 3, Wednesday. Price a job. Pick a job you'd sell this month. Post the client price, the sub cost, the materials and what you keep. Day 4, Thursday. Find 3 subs. Three trades in your area who could do that job. Post where you found them, not their names. Day 5, Friday. List 10 clients. Letting agents, property managers, housing associations near you. Post how many you found and where. Day 6, Saturday. Get found. Set up your Google Business Profile from the Branding Checklist. Post a screenshot. Day 7, Sunday. Make contact. Call or email all 10. Post how many answered and the one thing they said. Stuck on your Day 3 numbers? Post them in Run My Numbers. I'll go through them. Finish all 7 and you get a 15-minute call with me. Comment IN below if you're doing it.
