Daily Check-In - Wednesday 26 August
Day [X] 🔥 Today: [Win/Draw/Loss + Justification] Tomorrow: [A 1% improvement to make tomorrow slightly better] Important: The 1% improvement should be something in your system/process rather than just a task. This is so the gain will ideally forever benefit you. Example: Eliminating one source of distraction will provide a benefit for every subsequent day, whereas doing a physics past paper will only help you in the short term. Also feel free to add additional things to your daily check-ins. For example I like posting my habit tracker here to keep myself accountable, you may want to do the same or to post your daily plans to keep you accountable. Remember, always progress over perfection

Day 9 Today: draw, did all my work, studied the important things for tomorrow's tests and also managed my time, it was a holiday today so got lot's of time. However I still need to improve my sleep schedule and sleep atleast 7 hours instead of 3 hours or straight 12 hours. I have my exams the next month so revision is also started. Also, got a festival coming up so It's going to be busy ahead but I'll try My best to cope up with studies. Tomorrow: try to complete geography revision, practice maths triangles and science light numericals, and yea just focus on these first, if I'll get extra time, maybe revise my languages.
🗓️ Weekly Review 22 August
I just want everyone to take 10 minutes to truly reflect on the week gone by. Don't just start typing immediately, maybe get up and pace around for a bit to help you deeply think "How did this week truly go, and was there anything else I could have realistically done to make it better?" It would be easy to just say "got some work done, but was a bit distracted so want to work on that for next week" but this isn't training our metacognition skills which we all know is what will allow us to really quickly find the root cause of our issues. A good reflection here will make the weekly plan so much easier tomorrow

Day 8 Clearly was a hectic week, Monday and Tuesday were challenging in terms of health but I got back on track. Still I am working on distractions, trying to use socials as less as possible, not succeeding until now but trying my best to. Started working out this week, 4 times a week, played basketball, football and volleyball to get some fresh air at the start of days. Completed my maths syllabus, just revision left, also science is completed but I do gotta practice the numericals, I'm having a rough time in them. As for sst, I need to work hard, gotta devote to it, because I wasn't really satisfied with my last time's result in that. I'm aiming to improve my consistency, also focus on what really needs to be done at the moment, like prioritize subject wise study time. Also, manage my mental health, try not to stress out too much, just do what I can do best, give my best and that's it.

Day 7 Today, did maths revision, full syllabus, understood heredity in science, completed my school's homework that was left. Tomorrow ○ Do 2 topics from history book ○ Maths, revise trigonometry ○ Science, complete the chapter, heredity ○ workout ○ write preview article for IMSA Virginia Assigning a lot of things so I think it'll be a busy day, fully dedicated to complete these tasks and get out of my comfort zone because I need to.

Day 6 Today, got time to check up on myself mentally and physically, not been really healthy but now I'm back in good shape. I completed my work, revised 5 English chapters and maths practice papers. Didn't go to school today cuz really really heavy rain and that gave me time to revise all the chapters done in school too. Tomorrow, go to school, test myself about the history chapter, science numbericals practice and maths practice as always.
🗓️ Weekly plan 16-23 August
Time to sit down and get an idea of what a successful next 7 days would look like. To help feel more in control of your life and like every day you are working towards something larger, a weekly plan is a vital tool. To make sure you are keeping up with your system progression, i want you to divide your weekly plan into two groups: One called "General" which is just your usual weekly plan, and one called "Bloom" which is where you plan what you need to do in order to improve your study system (Follow your progression document as this will give you the tasks that need to be completed) If you are unsure about how to do so, consult the guide i made as well as an exemplar plan that I made (links below) https://www.skool.com/bloom-learning-3643/classroom/39cbaba3?md=0d60a79e2b554a99893bf1f35fc17d8e https://www.skool.com/bloom-learning-3643/weekly-plan-20-27-july?p=020c0a79 No need to overthink this, just simply create a list of the tasks you would like to have ticked off or habits you would have liked to have completed in 7 days time. Make it as specific as possible so that each day when completing your daily plan for the following day, you are able to consult your weekly plan and decide on the tasks you want to tick off that day. Your ultimate goal is to have some metric to compare against at the end of the week to determine if your week was a success.

Day 5 I need to get back on track. Will complete my history, probably 3 topics this week, maths practice of the first 5 chapters, science physics practice of light numericals and start waking up at 4am instead of sleeping at 4am.
