Your VA offer in one sentence (post yours below)
Hi everyone!! This week's challenge: ⭐ Your service offer in just ONE sentence. ⭐ What do you do, for whom, and what changes for them when they hire you? Post it below. If you can't say it in one sentence yet, that IS the exercise. Getting stuck is useful information because it usually means you're still trying to be everything to everyone, and that's exactly what we're fixing. Once you've posted yours, read two other offers in the thread and leave a comment on what you'd sharpen. You'll learn as much from giving feedback as you will from getting it. Here's an example: "I help busy founders free up 10+ hours a week by managing their inbox, calendar, and client communication so they can focus on the work only they can do." Your turn. Drop it below. 👇

What's going on in the VA world in August?
I'm introducing a new thing where I do a brief overview of relevant news in our industry. As we close out August, here are some things that happened: *An AI named Mo just won VA of the year at the 2026 *Upwork's client base is shrinking (while the industry is growing) *AI fluency is considered a baseline expectation TL;DR: Watch https://youtu.be/SD8Y0YldZqw

Mid-week challenge! 🕵️‍♀️
Pick one real prospect. Could be someone you've been low-key stalking on LinkedIn for weeks. Could be a business owner you already know. Could be the person whose Instagram you just found and thought "I could fix this." No judgment here at all, guys. Now go run the prospect read from Module 5 on them. Ten minutes, that's it. Then come back here and tell us: 👉 What did you notice that they probably don't even realize is a problem? This is the skill that separates VAs who wait for clients from VAs who go get them. And I promise it gets easier every time you do it. 100%. Drop your findings below. No need to name the prospect, we're not trying to get anybody in trouble 😄 Go go go!

I've been attending Chamber of Commerce events in my area and connected with a client, even had my exploratory call but I was going out of country for 5 weeks ( which the client was aware) and upon returning when i followed up they had found someone else but mentioned they may need me in future and even refer. 😔 I sent a warm pitch to another client today and plan on attending some more networking events. Oh my website is up and running. https://theadminninja.com/ 6 months back when i signed up for your course i felt not so ready but continued on my path anyway. I do have 1 client and i do 3 hours a month for them. But i can't wait to be fully booked. 🙂
