Yesterday was my surgeon's appointment, so I kept it light — walks and easy cycling between visits. The win of the week: the surgeon cleared me to continue to train. During training sessions in the last couple of months I did some damage to my scapular muscle and tore it away slightly from my shoulder so working on repairing that and exercise workarounds are planned. Had x-rays taken and scheduled for an ultrasound now, but that won’t happen until after my holiday in the UK, which I’ve been cleared to travel, which is great. Today at 11:30 is the HIIT session. Twenty-minute AMRAP — kettlebell swings, push-ups, air squats, knee raises. Target: eight rounds or more. What was your win this week?"

🏔️ Welcome to The Summit Code
First of all, welcome. Good to have you here. I've created The Summit Code for one reason. To help people break free from the limitations they've been living with and start taking control of their lives. I've learned over the years that real change doesn't start on the outside. It starts within. With the way you think, the stories you tell yourself and ultimately who you believe you are. That's what we're going to work on here. Through my Battle Ready Immersive programme, subconscious mindset work, meditation, breathwork, physical training, longevity protocols and regular group sessions, we're going to put the tools in place to create real, lasting change. But here's the thing. Knowledge without action is worthless. This isn't a place to sit on the sidelines collecting information. It's a place to do the work, challenge yourself and become someone you're proud of. Your mountain might be your health, your confidence, a destructive habit or something you've spent years putting off. Whatever it is, it starts with a decision. So here's the first thing I want you to do. Introduce yourself below and tell me one thing: What's your mountain? No need to impress anyone. Just be honest. Remember, it's not what we achieve in pursuit of our goals. It's who we become. Your mountain. Your mission. Your transformation. Ollie 👊

I am now part of The Summit Code. I’m happy to be here as seeing the strength in others climbing their mountains will see the strength I need to climb my own. I still have 3 years to go to become a physiotherapist however at the top I intend to pull/lift people up to achieve their dreams.
From Fear to Self-Belief: My Journey to The Summit Code
Hello everyone, I’m Aidan, joining you from the land down under! 🇦🇺 I first picked up Ollie Ollerton’s book Battle Ready in 2022 after going through a difficult period in my life. Ollie’s words helped me get back on track, and I’ve returned to the book several times since for guidance and motivation. In 2024, I took the next step by completing the Battle Ready Intensive with Ollie, followed by the Inner Circle and then the 12-month Mentorship Program. The biggest change for me has been an internal shift in energy and mindset. I’ve moved from listening to fear and self-doubt to trusting myself and believing in my own path. I’m currently navigating a career transition from nursing to physiotherapy. Along the way, negativity from others threatened to derail my dream. However, the inner strength and mindset I developed through Ollie’s mentorship have helped me stay committed and keep moving forward. I’m determined not to give up on the dream of becoming a physiotherapist. I’m excited to be part of The Summit Code and to work alongside all of you as we face our challenges, break down our barriers, and climb the mountains that life puts in front of us. Looking forward to the journey ahead and to seeing what we can achieve together! Regards, Aidan

Hi I'm Aidan from Australia. I'm autistic on the path of becoming a physiotherapist that emboldens other autistics to never give up on their dreams.
