I took a break that I didn't realize how much I needed. 😂 Isn't that always the case?! I posted a few times while I was away and then remembered WHY I was there. And it wasn't work. I was reminded in the moments I stepped back and watched my family play together or when I took the dog for a walk amidst the beauty of the wildflowers and mountains how much being present and grateful is essential to our lives and wellbeing. That connection to our loved ones, the earth and the divine feeds our souls. And that's what the heart of this community is. Connection, support, and guidance as we evolve and expand in midlife. Confidence and clarity are outcomes of this journey, and only a piece of the puzzle. So, I've been working behind the scenes to both refine and expand what is offered here, but this is where I need YOUR help. Over my 2 decades of working with women, I realized the magic of what I do is guiding successful women to stop living from the identity they built to survive and start leading from the woman they've become. The gift is that you stop living from a version of yourself that no longer fits. There's no longer an internal tug-of-war going on inside. No more showing up and performing for others.
