So tonight I tucked my fr jeans into my new rocky boots to show them off and cause im wearing multiple shades of blue tonight , but on the job site today I left my jeans untucked cause of the amount of dust in the air. When I was oil and gas some years ago while working in snowy or muddy conditions I’d keep my jeans tucked into to keep them clean and after I was done or driving in the rig I’d untuck them

One thing I did not mention about Sunday is the window on the passenger door of the Element malfunctioned and it will not go back up. So this morning we ran the vehicle over to Arrow Radiator and Glass to be repaired. With it being in the mid-forties this morning and having an open window I needed to dress a bit warmly. I am wearing green canvas dungarees, a denim Henley shirt, black ankle boots, a sage jacket and a grey 8 piece herringbone hat.

Took the day off for my birthday, just to stay home & hang with my oldest. Cheers Gentlemen!!

On May 19, 2020, I took the LSAT online during the pandemic. I was a father and business owner pursuing a very different future, motivated by my own experiences navigating the legal system. That first score wasn’t what I wanted, but it wasn’t the end of the story. I took the LSAT again in November 2022 shortly after the birth of my second daughter and improved my score. On May 24, 2023, an email arrived with the subject “Welcome to Thurgood Law!” I had been accepted into Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Class of 2026. Three years later, I graduated cum laude and took the bar exam in July. Today, October 6, 2026, I learned that I passed with a 293. This journey has never been just about earning a degree or adding a title to my name. My experiences representing myself—and helping other parents navigate their own struggles—gave me a reason to pursue this profession. I wanted to turn those experiences into something useful for families facing some of the hardest moments of their lives. That purpose hasn’t changed. The next step is the oath. Then it’s time to put these years of work to use.
