Clarification please..
I had a poster purchased a couple of days ago ( woop woop) however it’s been in production since and now showing overdue on Etsy. How long is the average turnover for printing to shipping please?? Or have I missed something? Just want to get my ducks lined up should the client complain…. I can use the “we’re a day behind due to it being a New Zealand order” etc but wanted to ask….

@Shaun White when I started selling frames, i extended my delivery dates because they do tend to take a little longer. I have mine set at 2-5 days and it seems to be working well : there are lots of opinions and options on how not to let an order go overdue - and which route to take - you can either play it safe or take a risk and say - depatched and add tracking as soon as you do get the number . Its a personal strategy

US WIN
You just never know what you are going to wake up to. A little shout-out to the PS team 👏 This review came in from a US customer who is actually a professional designer, so I was particularly pleased to see this: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Very nice and beautiful, classy artwork. Exceeded expectations. Packed VERY well, which is never a guarantee from all these online shops.” The artwork bit made me happy , but the “packed VERY well” belongs to you guys. 😊 Thank you, Tom and Max @Tom Beeston

Introduction
Hi Everyone, I had a work accident 6 years ago and had to retire, since then I have been looking for a way to supplement my meager income. Looking around the internet Etsy seems to be the "easiest" way; however, I do understand that it will take some work on my part. Saying that I thought I would create a store selling digital watercolor prints. I did that but have not yet downloaded any products. So I am a bit familiar with how Etsy works. Also, through this effort I have become familiar with Midjourney, love it. A couple of days ago I found a post on FB about Print on Demand posters and decided to take a gander. I've gone through the first 3 videos and it's like a fire has been lit. I've already been to chatGPT and have decided on a niche. And with "chat" I will be able to refine and focus my efforts. I am in the States and look forward to interacting with others here in the U.S. I am curious to know if you are selling only in the U.S.? Are you selling world wide, and how that is going for you? What advice might you have. What I have seen so far of the Community, everyone seems to be most helpful and I look forward to being a part of it. Deborah

@Deborah Gonzalez welcome to the group
New here :)
Hi all! I have just started a small business ‘Pause and Breathe’. Yesterday I uploaded my first 2 posters to Etsy! I also create digital journals/colouring books. Does anyone have any tips on how to actually sell the products? I’ve had visits/views but no sales as of yet. Thank you

@Stacey Love - This side hustle/business is definitely a marathon, not a sprint, so don’t be discouraged by no views or sales after just one day. Honestly, pushing the button and getting your first listings live is a huge accomplishment in itself, so congratulations and welcome back to Skool👏 It takes Etsy a little while to recognise a brand-new shop, index the listings, and start understanding where and when to show them in search. From there, it’s about continuing to list, learning what gets views and clicks, and gradually building traction. You’ve done the hardest bit - you’ve started. Give it some time. 😊
My Flabbers are Gasted
This is not a direct PrintShrimp win.. but I just sold a slim canvas print.. I'm like ... woaahhh someone actually spent that much money on my enchanted mailroom lol I just put them there as an option and to pad out my shop never really expect to sell the expensive canvas items... It's going to be winging its way to San Francisco *wanders off slightly dazed*
