Ummm…. After two journeys, I was home sick. I started watching your videos and went from 50 to 150 mg going up slowly as you suggested. I decided to take 200 mg, to see what would happen, I went to lie down, put an eye mask on and had a beautiful conversation with my spirit guide, and then got up and went to work. I learned today I don’t need to take a lot of medicine. thank you for all the education you are providing.
