Hi, I'm just starting with the Always On materials, and the first session, day one, says "Watch this short breakdown:... ", but I don't see a video, just narrative with illustrations. Am I missing something?
Until now I've been treating my back pain as a hinderance. The solutions I've reached for are designed to strengthen my core, hips and glutes. My back pain comes back I usually assume it's because the rehab I've done was not correct. I've not measured progress because I've not had much or at least enough to warrant measuring.
- Did you hold your breath during any of the exercises? No problem breathing during exercises. - Was it hard to find and engage your deep core? No - Did your neck or shoulders tense during harder exercises? No - Did you feel stiffness / pain in your lower back? Right side feels stiff when I lift my knees. - Did one side feel harder to keep steady than the other? When I lift my right arm it was a littler harder than lifting left side.
Ive a golf trip on Thursday flying to Spain in the morning with 3 rounds of golf Friday - Sunday, just over the last couple weeks my back pain has left my back mostly but I've now got sciatica in my left leg which I haven't had in over 10 years, sitting for longer than 15 minutes has started to set my leg pain off , would I still be ok to go on this trip with all the traveling & golf 🤔
