Nitric oxide- Berkeley life
@Maurice Daher and everyone - Has anyone taking nitric oxide by Berkeley life noticed the change in the supplement since they changed packaging. It’s not regulating my mums blood pressure at all and I am abit worried as we are finding it hard to bring her bp down. This wasn’t an issue before. We had some spare of the old packaging and mum took it and noticed she felt better. Even the colour is different

@Maurice Daher, Sorry for the delayed response. I’ve read your message and understand what you’re saying. I’ve now worked out what was wrong. I initially thought the supplement wasn’t working, but the real issue was my sinuses. My sinus problems improved during the summer, but the changing weather and increased humidity have caused them to flare up again. The congestion blocks my nose and affects my sleep, which raised my blood pressure. I am continuing to take care of myself by eating well, exercising, watching what I eat, and taking my daily supplements. I’ve also started gently massaging around my nose with castor oil twice a day and doing lymphatic drainage, which seem to help considerably. I monitored my blood pressure throughout last week, and it is now settling down.
Nausea after salt
Maurice Daher I usually wake up at 5:00 a.m. to exercise outdoors. Before exercising, I drink a glass of warm water with 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic salt. Every time, I feel nauseous for about 15 minutes afterward. I have also tried taking it after exercise, drinking it slowly and quickly, but the nausea is the same. My eating window is usually 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Most days I follow a carnivore diet, with occasional keto meals. What could be causing this nausea?

@Maurice Daher Thank you, Maurice, for the advice. I have been sipping room-temperature water with salt early in the morning instead of drinking it all at once. I’ve made a few observations. I’ve noticed that whenever I drink warm water, I feel nauseous, regardless of the time of day. I’ve also found that taking salt on an empty stomach doesn’t sit well with my body. I feel much better when I take salt during my eating window as it gives me more energy and a noticeable lift.

Thank you
Creatine
This may get answered in a later module but… I just finished module 1 and was curious on creatine. Would it be contraindicated for someone who has slightly elevated creatinine levels on their bloodwork to supplement with creatine. And if not how would you determine the yes or no?
