Opus 5.5, Sol 6, fable 5.1, Astra 6. Models are being released now faster than anyone can keep up. The online dialogue gets all excited every few weeks when a new one is announced, but the reality is we’re several generations deep into models that can already reliably do almost anything you can think of. The beauty of ICM is that you aren’t tied to any model but I’m wondering how folks are navigating having so many options at their fingertips. I’m following the New Member template (somewhat), with more about me below in case anyone is interested. 😊 I'm currently using AI for brainstorming and organization. I’m at the beginning stages of AI right now. I have used ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Cowork, but want to transition over to Claude Code & Codex. I LITERALLY found Jake on YouTube just as I was about to purchase an AI Agent package for $1000!!! I have been stressing about how to set up my AI OS and especially the folder structure. I have watched and saved soooo many YouTube videos that my ADHD brain has shut down from the overwhelm. I’m hoping Jake’s ICM will help. I'm excited to learn how ICM works! I haven’t done anything with AI other than chats and organizing stuff. But D*** IT, I want to do some fun things!! I want to create something! I want to lay out and design systems for my clients! I want to have fun with AI, not just do admin crap! Ok…a little more about me, lol. I’m a husband, father, animal lover, and adrenaline junkie! I love everything outdoors, including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, skydiving, scuba diving, and Jeepin’ with my wife and Service Dog Ginger! I'm a USAF veteran, a Director of Business Development (career), and Founder & CEO of Empowerment Legacy Group, Forged In Fire Business Coaching & Consulting, and Forged In Fire Life Coaching (startup stage). I am also thinking about starting some sort of AI Agency, but not sure which direction to go. Did I mention I have severe ADHD? 😄 I am currently transitioning Forged In Fire Business Coaching & Consulting into something a little different. I want to use my last years (I’m 55 now) helping others who want to help others! 😊 Forged In Fire Life Coaching is my passion project. I am building a community for Veterans who have been out of the military for a bit and are struggling with everyday life. This comes from years of not feeling like I fit in with anybody or anywhere after my military service. It ended with a suicide attempt about 4.5 years ago. Since then, I have been on a massive healing journey and have dedicated my life to becoming a better husband, friend, entrepreneur, mentor, and overall decent human being.

Hey everyone, I am new to the group and really happy to be here! My name is Callem and I am based in CPT, run my own AI Agency and really excited to be in a community with smart and ambitious people! Just wanted to ask regarding the ICM folder structure method - I basically gave as many resources from the community as I could to Claude Code, so it could build out a plan and rework my existing folder structure to align with Jake's structure in my context. Is this the correct approach and do you have any tips and tricks or advice that will help me ensure I am building this out in the correct format. Appreciate you taking the time in advance for sharing anything!
