Intro & ICM Basics Advice
Hey everyone, I am new to the group and really happy to be here! My name is Callem and I am based in CPT, run my own AI Agency and really excited to be in a community with smart and ambitious people! Just wanted to ask regarding the ICM folder structure method - I basically gave as many resources from the community as I could to Claude Code, so it could build out a plan and rework my existing folder structure to align with Jake's structure in my context. Is this the correct approach and do you have any tips and tricks or advice that will help me ensure I am building this out in the correct format. Appreciate you taking the time in advance for sharing anything!

First Sales Pitch
Gave our company’s first sales pitch yesterday. Full data architecture rebuild, connecting disparate systems, detailed reporting in real time, local LLM layered on top, delivery of everything so they own the systems. $115k solution Prospect didn’t even flinch… “wow this is exactly what we want” Follow up meeting with the board already confirmed and on the calendar.

Got my First Paying Client!!
I got my first client a fellow dad form pre-school who runs a 20 man Industry Climbing company. They are very efficiently run processes and one Saas solution acting as their operations system. This created a tension for me to picture what the first folder could even be to help them out. Then I saw a door of creating a folder system holding the context what the owner needs to do each day and for the week. Basically a secratary, so he doesn't have to spend so much time on the computer. I will also be working on listing their capabilities so that they can make more strategic plans of how to recombine their capabilities in new packages or find other capabilities that are missing for their business development and growth management. While also holding the recursive learning loop which was always a part of the agile movement at the core of their values.

Edubaware explained from someone learning alongside you 🎓
From my live stream last night, the tight nine on explaining the platform as best I can on the fly. The full live stream is also posted if you want to see the other bits of Q&A and chatting we did. This was fun and I have a lot more to learn for the next one! Let me know what you guys wanna see next.

Show Your Work
Stepping into new territory with making videos that "show my work." I have worked in this 'workflow' and tested it for last few weeks. Where I can delegate a task, like an article, and have multiple content use items made from that piece. From images for the article, posts or carousels for social, short and long form videos for YouTube. The intention was to focus on output (how many can be made easily by a team). When I realized that posting 4 carousels and 2 reels was a serious time guzzler, I built a tool that would handle that. All that work was done before I started "filming what i do." Should I back peddle and make videos about how I started the build?

This is really cool @Gabriel Azoulay - please make a video about how and why you started this build, think a lot of people would be interested in how you approach identifying a project and starting at the beginning in terms of structuring the approach!
