🏆 On the Board | Week 1, August
Shining a light on the members who continue to put in the work. The ones climbing our leaderboards and those coming through with genuine wins. So here's the rundown for August week 1. 7-Day Leaderboard - 🥇Malik Ahmed  Overtaking Chetan and taking the top spot. - 🥈Chetan Mishra: right on Malik’s heels. - 🥉Okasha Khan: Great to see the thoughtful contributions you’re making.  ————————————— 30-Day Leaderboard - 🥇Chetan Mishra: Second week holding the top spot. - 🥈Malik Ahmed: new to the board and not far off the lead. - 🥉Okasha Khan: showing up consistently. Appreciate you, mate. ————————————— 💎 Win of the week - @Sushanth R.Kumar 15 years old and signing your first client... Your first client is a milestone you never forget. Huge congrats, Sushanth. Excited to see where you take it from here. See post [HERE] ————————————— 🏆 A massive week of wins inside the AAA Accelerator Over the past week, we’ve also had some massive wins inside the AAA Accelerator that I wanted to shine a light on. A number of members have closed six-figure+ deals, with some seriously impressive stories behind them. 💰 Scott McIntosh: $122K deal closed Scott’s first six-figure deal started as a $4,500, 30-day audit for a marketing agency struggling with disconnected reporting systems. That audit uncovered a much bigger opportunity, eventually turning into a $122,100 AI-powered reporting platform connecting 8 fulfillment vendors and 5+ digital platforms. 💰 Kalin Smolichki: $186K from one client Kalin closed $111K over 9 months, then the same client came back and signed another $75K contract. $186K total from a single client. That's the kind of outcome that comes from doing great work and turning one successful engagement into a long-term relationship. 💰 Rhys Lawson: $100K+ Enterprise Transformation Program Rhys went from zero in January to closing a $100K+ enterprise adoption and transformation program, with a second deal he wasn't even expecting along the way.

Huge congratulations to everyone on the leaderboard and to Sushanth, Scott, Kalin, Rhys and Daniel for these amazing wins! 👏 Really inspiring to see what people in this community are achieving. Thanks for sharing!
turns out it wasn't just us
Hey everyone, In my last post I told you that we handed our new system to a small group of AAA students. People with no consulting background, big team, or ex-Deloitte experience behind them. We wanted to know one thing: Could they walk into a business and get the same result we did? Here's what happened: --- Meet Mathieu (see screenshot) He landed a $28,000 retainer as a first client without ever leaving his 9-5. $4,000/month for 7-months. He didn't pitch a build. He led with an audit. And the audit was powerful enough that the client expanded his services from one business to eight. Mathieu's 28k Deal --- Then there's Namisi. Nineteen years old, with no network beyond his old school - so he reached out to a former teacher. She was losing 30+ hours a year hand-writing student reports. He built her something that did it in three minutes. First paying client, closed. --- Gaelan had never run a business in his life. His entire strategy was standing up at a local real-estate meetup and saying he was working with AI. One couple in the room was interested. That single conversation became a $5,000 deal - his first client ever. --- And Katrina joined AAA without technical skills - she came in as an educator, not a coder. She walked a doctor's practice through an audit, turned it into a monthly retainer, and picked up a referral on the way out. --- Different people with different backgrounds all getting the same results. And that's when it hit us. This had stopped being a Morningside thing. It had become a repeatable process that almost anyone could pick up and use to walk into a business, find the opportunities hiding in plain sight, and get paid to point them out. Which raises the obvious question: Could you do the same? Monday at 5:00PM Eastern I'll be making a special announcement that may just answer this question for you.... That's all I can say for now, so keep an eye out for it. Liam.

Thanks for sharing this, Liam, and congratulations to Mathieu, Namisi, Gaelan, and Katrina! 🙌 Really inspiring to see what each of you achieved with such different backgrounds. Looking forward to Monday!
An instant reply doesn't close deals.
The conversation does. That's what I've been building over the past few weeks. An AI-powered lead management system for real estate teams that responds instantly, follows up automatically, qualifies leads through natural conversations, and knows exactly when to involve a human. A new lead starts a conversation on WhatsApp. The AI keeps the conversation going, understands the lead's intent, and updates the CRM automatically in the background. When the lead is ready to speak with an agent, the system instantly sends a hot lead notification so the sales team can step in at the right moment. The difficult part wasn't building the workflows. It was solving the real-world edge cases to make the system behave reliably in actual conversations. The goal was simple: No genuine lead lost to a slow response or a missed follow-up.

@Madhav Yagnasri Exactly! That's where a prototype becomes a real product. Solving those edge cases is what makes users trust the system. Keep up the great work!

Problem with niche selection!!!!
For the context, I'm a civil engineer. Struggling with niche selection if I chose civil engineering oriented niche or go for something else.

For me, it was a problem I was personally experiencing. I'm a civil engineer working on airport infrastructure projects, and I wasn't looking for a niche at first—I just wanted to solve a real problem I kept seeing every day. That's how AlertFenua started. Sometimes the best opportunities come from fixing something that's been bothering you for a long time.

@Xaveir Azeem Yes, I think civil engineering and construction have real potential. It's an industry with a lot of processes, documents, reporting, project management, and repetitive administrative work that could benefit from automation and AI. And if you already come from civil engineering, that's a big advantage because you understand the real problems from the inside. I'd definitely explore it before looking at a completely different niche.

Good luck! 💪 Every conversation is an opportunity to learn. Focus on understanding their challenges first, and if your solution genuinely helps solve a problem, the value will speak for itself. Wishing you plenty of successful conversations and new clients! 🚀
