I am posting most days of my planche lean so that I get reviews till I perfect it. And of course I am working on harder peogreasions and doing planche leans at end of the workouts to get the form right.

Advices on form....?
Like I usually post even now I am posting my planche lean to know if I should still work on my form. I am feeling my core my protraction and everything only thing I am not knowing is to depress which I will work on.

Lower sternum pain in planche
Hey everyone so I recently been training planche for the last 7 months and I’m very very close to achieving the bodyweight planche . But as of today I started feeling pain in my lower sternum area. Does anyone know why it happens and how to fix it? Here is what my current progress looks like. It’s way cleaner when I use heavier bands but these are working sets at heavy intensity

Bruv I am not too knowledgeable at this. But you clearly don't seem like engaging your core, tightening your glutes and protracting enough.

@Strong Man no I know that there are people who train in intensity method like barseagle but only thing I am trying to say is if you are starting to feel some kind of pain during your workout it's better to do progressions where you don't have to compromise on the form. When you don't feel that kind of pain anymore maybe you can get back to this...?

Advices...?
Everybody in the community told me about protraction and depressing shoulders and getting hips down. So even though I am still working towards my adv tuck planche, I am also working on protraction, depressing shoulders and getting my hips down. I do my technical work at the end of my workouts and wanted to ask you people if my planche lean has got better..? Also I am not at my home so the angle and quality of the pic is very bad.
