In relation to cleaning, I just wanted to share my super cleaning brush 5000! I've bought all sorts of long reach brushes, but still go back to this guy. Its simply a washing up brush taped to a long bar, I have short ones and some 6ft ones. The beauty is that because it has very stiff bristles, wet wipes and micro fibre clothes stick to it, almost like velcro. Works a treat!

In all the groups I work for, and this group here, it seems like half the people I know are paralyzed at T6. Is there a reason why the spine breaks there?

Never tried this before so I thought I'd add it to my tuna and cottage cheese for 5g protein extra. I can confirm it looks like green slime and slightly salty but definitely adds mor flavour to my tuna and cottage cheese 😊
