When I buy software, I expect it to work...even with a few bugs. And when it doesn't work - at all - a reasonable person would expect support is both available and actually tries to resolve the situation. Einkpads and CalSyc seem to have a different definition of customer service and support than other people on planet earth. I purchased CalSync Pro on Friday 16th. It worked - after a fashion - but with significant bugs. OK. stuff happens. On Saturday, it stopped working completely and asked to validate my credit card. It failed to do that and repeatedly threw up an error. Contacted "support" and received an email that day telling me, helpfully, to check I had the latest version and asking for screenshots. Nil response. Sent more emails giving further details. Nil response. Yesterday, I used the Chat feature and went thru the same loop. Was told the problem "was being sent to the Dev people and they would respond in a few hours". Yep, you guessed it. Nil response. Today I went thru the same loop. Except this time the Chat app sent me around in circles and them kicked me out... Apparently, the CEO of this company is a bloke called Jason Smith. Well, Jason, If you actually interested in what you customers say about your company, then I suggest you take a good, hard look at how you are treating your customers. Because, to be brutally honest, unless you get your act together you won't have many left.
