Binder cloud help
I can’t get Binder to sync via cloud. CalSync works great but not Binder. Mac OS with M5, Remarkable Pro.

To get the most out of Binder i recommend staying in developer mode. However, you can still manage your notebooks without enabling it.

@Nathan Powers On the connect screen choose cloud as the connection type from the tab. Then proceed from there
Meet Penny, who knows your tablet better than I do
Penny is live, and a few other things landed on einkpads.io I've been building something I've wanted for a while: a proper answer to "quick question about my tablet…" Meet Penny 👋 Penny is an assistant who actually knows e-ink. Not a generic chatbot bolted onto a website — she knows reMarkable, Supernote, BOOX, Kindle Scribe and Kobo, and she knows CalSync and Binder inside out. Ask her things like: Why are my events showing on the wrong day? Does the reMarkable Paper Pro need Developer Mode? Which tablet should I buy if I mostly take meeting notes? What's the difference between CalSync and Binder? Two ways to reach her: The Ask Penny button on einkpads.io and in the Learning Center — bottom-right corner, on every page Her own page: eink.ai — where you can also read what other people have asked One thing I want to be upfront about: she answers from our actual documentation and knowledge base, and she'll tell you when she doesn't know rather than inventing a menu path. If she gets something wrong, tell me — I can correct her directly and she'll have the right answer from then on. Her public page starts fairly empty and fills as people ask. A question only appears publicly once it's come up more than once — no one-off question with someone's order number in it ever gets published. My Account — my.einkpads.io Every subscription, licence, invoice and download in one place. No password: enter your email, get a 6-digit code, you're in. If you've bought under more than one email over the years, you can link them and see everything together. Also new 📅 Calendar Feed Check — paste any calendar link and see exactly which events would land on your planner, before you buy anything. Nothing saved. einkpads.io/tools 🐧 Linux builds for CalSync and Binder 📱 The site works properly on a phone now Penny is genuinely new, so she'll have rough edges. Ask her something hard and tell me where she falls short — that's the fastest way to make her good.

Possible feature request for Linux
Using Linux, I am very used to background and CRON'd processes. I am envisioning a shell/terminal based commend that could do everything that the "Regenerate" and "Push to device" do in the GUI version of the software. Given some parameters such as a Planner's internal ID, it could on a regular basis sync with, say, my Google Calendar and then push it to the device if I use the Cloud version. With the "Secret" .ICS link, it would sync with my rM2 if it is connected online to reMarkable 2 Cloud. I realize this is a way to circumvent some of the features that are only available with a PRO subscription. Right now, my only way to circumvent is to keep the app open under Linux. Not a big deal, as I have plenty of RAM and CPU to let it run. But I like scheduling processes on the terminal using crontab and other shell commands. Lemme know what you think about it.

We are in the process of creating an app that runs in the sys stray and or status bar in Apple. The linux version would be the same it would just be a process that syncs your planners.
Support
How do you contact support? I replied to an email that I had received with a question about what was included with my purchase and heard absolutely nothing back from them

Hi the best way is to send it here. How can I help?
[SOLVED] Syncing not working with ICS file - Linux 1.6.1
Maybe I am not understanding what the .ICS files are doing, but when I create an ICS file from Google Calendar andimport it in CalSync, the content will be there. But if I delete an event in my online calendar and ask to re-generate, the event remains there. If I re-import a new .ICS file from Google into CalSync, the content will then be as of the moment the .ICS file is generated. Is this fine ? Is there something I need to have my Google calendar synced with my rM2 on a regular way without re-generating the ICS file evry time ?
