A QUICK REMINDER ABOUT DMs
I've noticed more and more of our peptide/research conversations are moving into my DMs. I’d like to ask that we change that. If you're asking about research, mechanisms, protocols, compounds, experiences, observations or something that could benefit other members, please post it in the community. That's what this community is here for. In fact, some members already have Eloralintide, have tried it, and have observations they can contribute. Or they may want to participate in tracking but are not needing product. Those are exactly the kinds of conversations I want taking place openly so everyone can learn from and contribute to them. DMs should be for things that actually need to remain private — order details, vial counts, payment information, personal matters, etc. The more of our research discussions we keep in the open forum, the more everyone benefits from them.

DARK HORSE ELORALINTIDE RESEARCH GROUP
I've been digging deeper into Eloralintide, and based on my own research objectives, I've decided I want to research it specifically for food noise—particularly whether it can quiet that persistent sweet-tooth noise. That got me thinking: rather than doing this completely on my own, is there enough interest to put together a coordinated Dark Horse Eloralintide Research Group? THIS IS NOT A GROUP BUY - The objective isn't simply to purchase product. The objective is to establish a common research window, track what we're doing, and compare actual observations as a community instead of collecting random anecdotes. We are our own research subjects. Each person may have a completely different research objective and may choose a different protocol. What we'll share is a common tracking framework and a defined Dark Horse research window so we can actually compare what we're observing. WHY ELORALINTIDE? Eloralintide is Lilly's investigational selective amylin-receptor agonist. It is not another GLP-1. Lilly has completed a 48-week Phase 2 trial studying Eloralintide as a standalone compound. The fixed weekly doses studied were: 1 mg — 3 mg — 6 mg — 9 mg / There were also dose-escalation groups. At 48 weeks, average weight reduction ranged from approximately 9.5% at 1 mg to 20.1% at 9 mg. The study also included body-composition analysis looking at fat mass versus lean mass—not simply changes on the scale. That's important because it gives us actual human clinical research to start from, rather than somebody's internet protocol. THE DARK HORSE RESEARCH WINDOW As a group, we'll establish either a 12- or 16-week research window. That does not mean everybody has to follow the same protocol or even research Eloralintide for exactly the same amount of time. Your individual research duration should be driven by your objective. You might determine that your objective calls for 10 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 24 weeks or something completely different. What I'm looking to standardize is the Dark Horse tracking and reporting window.

Just for my information, what would be the difference between the Eloralintide and Cagrilintide? I guess what made you chose Eloralintide over Cagrilintide
I TRIED SOMETHING LAST WEEK — AND IT TAUGHT ME SOMETHING
I asked everyone what Dark Horse should investigate next. Looking back, I asked the wrong question. I don't need a list of subjects for me to research. We already have more research directions than we have time. What I'm interested in is what YOU are researching So, here's the question I should have asked: WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DIGGING INTO? Bring to the community what you've actually been researching. Not simply a topic you'd like Dark Horse to research. Something you've been digging into yourself. Maybe it's a peptide, bioregulator, delivery method, pathway, study, protocol concept—or something completely outside the areas we've already discussed. What caught your attention? What have you learned so far? And what questions are you still trying to answer? You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need to write a research paper. And we certainly don't need to be experts. Just bring something to the table. We've covered a tremendous number of subjects. Some were intentionally high-level introductions—not deep dives—while others focused on going much deeper. Maybe one of them sent you down your own rabbit hole. If it did, tell us where it took you. I'd really like to see more people involved in the discussion and see us start learning from each other's research, rather than every conversation beginning with Dark Horse. So—what have YOU been digging into?

@Adam Serge See! And I think THAT is part of my problem. I’ve been researching what each one does instead of backing up and asking myself what exactly I’m trying to accomplish. For me, it’s mainly fat loss/body composition, keeping/building muscle, and recovery. But I also want to understand what the heck I’m actually manipulating and WHY before I start messing with the GH axis. So maybe I need to back all the way up, learn the GH/GHRH part first, and THEN figure out which direction actually makes sense for what I’m trying to do.
🧪 THE ULTIMATE IMMUNE STACK?
TA-1 + LL-37 Back to school is here — and right behind it comes the usual increase in colds, flu, respiratory bugs and everything else that starts making the rounds this time of year. So, if there was ever a good time to start looking at immune-support research, this is it. One combination that deserves some attention: 🛡️ THYMOSIN ALPHA-1 + LL-37 Think of it this way: TA-1 helps organize the defense. LL-37 works closer to the front line. Two very different peptides. Two very different jobs. 🛡️ THYMOSIN ALPHA-1 — THE DIRECTOR TA-1 is all about immune coordination. TA-1 helps the immune system identify threats, coordinate the response, and activate the cells involved in fighting them. It has been researched for its effects on: • T-cell activity • Immune-cell communication • Immune signaling • Adaptive immune response In simple terms, TA-1 helps the immune system recognize what it is dealing with and mount a more organized response. ⚔️ LL-37 — THE FRONTLINE DEFENDER LL-37 plays a completely different role. It is a naturally occurring human antimicrobial peptide and part of the body’s innate immune defense system. Research has looked at its activity involving: • Bacteria • Fungi • Certain viruses • Inflammation and immune signaling • Tissue repair and wound healing This is much closer to the body’s first line of defense. 🔥 WHY PUT THE TWO TOGETHER? Because you are not asking two compounds to do the same job. TA-1 → helps coordinate the immune response LL-37 → works on the innate-defense side of the equation That is what makes the combination interesting. Instead of looking at immune support from one direction, you are looking at two different arms of the immune system at the same time. And heading into cold and flu season? That makes TA-1 + LL-37 a research combination worth knowing about. Who here has researched TA-1, LL-37, or the combination? And if you have used either one in your own research, what did you notice?

Okay you got my attention 😂 But how would this actually be researched? Full normal cycle as preventative immune support, or something you’d start when you feel the crud coming on and run through the symptoms?
HAPPY LABOR DAY, DARK HORSE!
Hope everyone gets a chance today to slow down, enjoy the day, and spend some time with family and friends. Whether you’re relaxing, grilling, getting outside, or doing absolutely nothing for a change — enjoy it. Happy Labor Day from Dark Horse. 🐎

Happy Labor Day to you and yours. Hopefully its a chill day for you and not too much "business" being conducted today.
