Conflict calendars
Hi, Curious why multiple conflict calendar files are made on my supernote. I’ve been deleting them.

I have had that issue as well. It appears that if I have my planner open on the Supernote (or even if it is the "Last Document"), and then a sync happens, it creates a conflict. The issue is that the Supernote Cloud cannot change the planner that is open on the Supernote, so instead it creates a conflict copy. I haven't figured out the best solution - my calendars get updated regularly, so I have a 15 minute update set in the app, but my inclination is to change it so it is far less frequent - perhaps even once a day.
🚀 CalSync 1.4.14
This update improves repeating event handling for everyone and adds support for Supernote Cloud accounts that require a verification code during sign-in. ✨ What’s new 🔁 Deleted repeating events now disappear from your planner When you delete a single occurrence of a repeating event in your calendar, that occurrence will now be removed from your planner too. Events you move or edit will still appear at their new time, so only the occurrences you actually delete will disappear. ☁️ Supernote Cloud sign-in now supports verification codes Some Supernote accounts require a one-time verification code when signing in from a new computer. CalSync now provides a field to enter that code, allowing you to complete the sign-in process and continue syncing through Supernote Cloud. The verification step only appears when Supernote requests it. 🛠️ Fixes & polish This release also includes a range of smaller reliability improvements throughout the app. Download the latest version Windows https://www.einkpads.io/api/calsync/win32/releases/latest macOS (Apple Silicon) https://www.einkpads.io/api/calsync/darwin/arm64/releases/latest macOS (Intel) https://www.einkpads.io/api/calsync/darwin/x64/releases/latest

I am continually impressed about how quickly you guys are able to update the software in response to issues. My recurring events where a random was deleted is now being generated correctly. Thanks!
Recurring event issue?
Good Morning I just updated to Calsync version 1.4.13, and am connected to my Supernote. I have recurring events in a couple of different Google Calendars - one is Daily and one is Weekly. However, if I delete a single occurrence of that event (for example, I had previously deleted an event for today that occurs usually weekly), that event still shows on my planner. I'm wondering if when CalSync looks at a calendar and finds a recurring event, it just pulls all of them down without checking to see if each one is still there? Fortunately not a major issue, but is at times a little annoying. Thanks! Brian
🚀 CalSync 1.4.6 is Now Available!
This update is a smaller one, but it includes a handful of quality-of-life improvements and fixes that make using CalSync even smoother. 👀 Preview Template Labels Before You Add Them Choosing a summary page template is now much easier. Template previews now display the labels that will appear on the page, so you can see exactly how the layout will look on your tablet before adding it to your planner. ⚡ Instant Vault → Pro Upgrades If you're upgrading from a Vault plan to Pro, your account now switches over immediately. That means Pro features—like Cross-Computer Planner Sync—are available right away without your account continuing to show as Vault. 🗓 Better Experience for Ad Hoc Plans Fixed an issue where some Ad Hoc users could be taken to the Upgrade screen instead of their planner library. You'll now go straight to your planners as expected. 💾 More Reliable Planner Storage We've improved how CalSync stores planners on your computer. This helps prevent an occasional startup hiccup and makes cached planners much more reliable. ✨ General Improvements • Better reliability throughout the app. • Numerous bug fixes and stability improvements. • Additional polish across the application. • Better support for Supernote links. @Jason Smith I have installed this and now for the most part everything seems to work on my Supernote. The links work, and the software is recreating the planner on the 15 minute interval. The only thing I have seen an issue with is sometimes when I sync the Supernote with the Supernote Cloud, I get a CONFLICT on the Planner file. I'm certain that will happen if I have the planner open when I sync - it's perfectly understandable to me that it can't update the underlying PDF when it is open. However, it also appears to happen if I exit the planner, but it is still "loaded" as the most recent file. I suspect it is the same issue, as the top of the screen has a button that takes me back to the most recently opened item. It's not great, but I also don't know that this process is within your control. Thanks for sticking with it. Now I will be able to really try to use this and see if it works for my workflow.
🚀 CalSync 1.4.4 is Now Available!
We've just released CalSync 1.4.4 with a bunch of improvements focused on reliability, customization, and making it easier to troubleshoot when something goes wrong. 🎨 Planner Cover Colors You can now give each planner its own cover color. • Pick a color in Edit Planner. • The cover artwork automatically adjusts. • Titles, dates, QR codes, and logos switch between light and dark for readability. • Planner cards and device badges now match the selected color, making multiple planners much easier to identify. 🔍 Better Sync Error Details When a sync fails, you'll now see an error icon in the Activity page. Click it to see exactly what happened instead of just "Failed," whether it's a network issue, expired cloud login, or something else. ☁️ More Reliable Cloud Connections We've improved reliability throughout the connection process. • More dependable reMarkable Cloud pairing. • Switching between Cloud, Direct, and Universal now behaves correctly. • Connection status updates instantly. • Status indicators no longer flicker during brief network interruptions. ✅ One-Click Connection Diagnostics Diagnostics now perform a true end-to-end test for both reMarkable Cloud and Supernote. A tiny test file is uploaded, verified, and automatically removed so you know everything is working without leaving anything behind. 📁 Better Folder Syncing Moving a planner to another folder—or sending a brand-new planner—now reliably appears on your reMarkable without requiring another restart. ⚙️ Stability Improvements • Daily Carousel processing is now more resilient. • Sync failures identify exactly which step failed. • USB users receive better guidance when a cable disconnects. ✨ General Improvements • Clearer "Included with your plan" wording. • Cleaner planner list layout. • Numerous bug fixes and performance improvements throughout the app. Update from inside CalSync when prompted, or download the latest version using your original download link. As always, we'd love to hear your feedback once you've had a chance to use it!
