Good morning!! I’m Brittany and excited to be back! I’m choosing Foundation track for now. What will be true on December 31: one step closer to a pull up!! Stronger at 36 than in my 20s.

Hey everyone, welcome to Project 300! Communication was a big issue last time, so we made a central hub to talk, deliver info, etc. So much more to come! Feedback is welcome - we are new to this platform so yeah it’ll be a little clunky. But Jan 1 @Frank Sepe and we will be ready to rock.
