No Pain, No Gain is a Good or Bad Thing to You?
I have rehab protocols I have used for years, they are pretty predicable for me in my practice in terms of length of treatment and effectiveness. When I put a patient in pain during a rehab the whole thing takes longer. With the exception of frozen shoulder and total knee replacement rehab (you have to bend the knee) I NEVER put patients in pain. Thoughts? Comment below...

Good question. I do have the pain scale discussion for the patients who avoid any type discomfort, and who consider next day soreness or low level achy sx.
