🍺 Weekend Community Crawl BEGINS!
it's time for Community Crawl. but this time, it is a little different. the Theme is SURPRISE. but first, WHAT IS COMMUNITY CRAWL? - you visit 9 communities of other HQ builders - you learn new places, you meet new people, find new friends & collab partners - when you finish all 9 communities, you get a present 🎁 WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? - these are 9 good communities run by 9 HQ Builders worth knowing. the fastest way to a collab is to turn up in someone's space and be useful in it. - and you get to see those communities the way you'll never see your own. how the onboarding actually feels. what the classroom looks like from cold. who's posting, and what they're posting about. you've stopped being able to see your own community. everyone has. nine fresh ones fixes that faster than any lesson i could write. - so walk in as an owner, not a visitor. same question at every door — what's working here that i'd steal. that answer is the whole point. the doors and the fun is just the excuse to go looking. 💥 SURPRISE: this weekend i'm sending you into 9 communities. BUT you don't know which ones WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? - to start, comment DOOR or your fav gif below. i'll DM you the first 3 links. - you walk all three, then come back here and comment "first 3 done" and what did you notice interesting/surprising about them and worth trying in your community. - then i'll send the next three. - BTW, if you are waiting for the entry (cause some hosts need to let you in), go ahead and ask for the next batch - you do the same with them. come back, comment....you got the idea. THREE ROUNDS. NINE DOORS. - when you've walked all 9, come back and tell us the ONE thing you're changing in your own community because of it. plus any cool HQ builder you've. - doors open NOW, they close Monday at 12:00 my time. that's three days for nine doors. THERE IS NO RUSH. i'm in Israel and i do sleep. if you comment at 2 am my time your next three come in the morning. nothing is lost, nothing expires.

If you joined this community, you’re not a consumer. You’re an action taker. Most people talk about building a community. You decided to build one. 👉🏻 So first things first: TAKE ACTION! STEP 1. Introduce yourself in the comments here: - Who you are - The outcome you want in 30 days - Your current stage (idea / validating / building / live) . PLS USE the poll or in the comment STEP 2. Do NOT Launch Yet (If You Haven’t) If you haven’t created your Skool community, pause. Action does not mean rushing. Start with Day 1 inside the Classroom and move in order. Clarity → Launch. STEP 3. Questions so far? Post them here or as a separate post in the Q&A category. Or in the relevant step. Public questions help everyone move faster. The rules are simple: - There are no stupid questions - The only stupid questions are those not asked No silent observers here. You joined because you want results. Let’s begin.

@Coenie De Groot they are small movements, I know why I'm doing them. Because they strengthen week muscles, help me relax and realign myself, and the combo seems to work. I wasn't told there was a problem in my back. "Pain is because OP a belief system" can you explain, sorry I don't know "op".

@Karyn Spetz awesome.I'm gonna be working on getting to 1k on YT before Feb 2027, see if I can beat that 8K subscriber requirement for the youtube program.
Are You Waiting for the Babysitter?
bad news. she quit. if you want to be a business owner, the key isn't creating a website or posting on social media or even creating a Skool community the key is taking responsibility for your business. and, unfortunately, for your whole life. nobody tells you that part in the free masterclass. well - what does that mean? - defining what's important focusing on what's important not waiting for someone to tell you what to do creating your own strategy, plan, and daily priorities keeping track of your commitments keeping track of your calendar - that's it. that's the secret. sorry it's not a funnel template. if that's too abstract, let me give you an example. past Friday, i launched review domino to help you get more reviews. i don't know about you - but i want as many reviews as possible. reviews help with conversion from nobody to free, and from free to paid. they're the blood of your business. and your business is currently walking around a bit pale. well, this weekend i was distracted. i couldn't be the cheerleader. no pom poms. no reminder post. no "hey friend, just checking in 🥰" i know. that's my problem. but here's the thing i noticed. the moment i stopped waving my arms, the thing just... sat there. except for @Des Dreckett cause Des understands, which is the whole different story. or may be not... you tell me. - instructions clear. - actions easy. - zero effort required beyond opening the post. so, big big question. what were you waiting for? and i know you don't like being asked that. the fault was mine. blah blah. i take it. but the day nobody chases you is the day the business is actually yours. so here's what i'm doing about it. right now i'm going to go leave reviews for my fav communities. i'll tag them under the original post. why? because i wholeheartedly believe this thing works.

What is happening? Maybe it's hormones but I am not understanding one bit. I read this post twice, Coach @Lidia Axe what? I'm either getting the memo late or didn't understand the assignment. Ug. If I'm the only one lost, please call me out.
should i push or should i not?
big question ppl. communities thrive on engagement. so, many ppl use Leaderboard levels as a bonus - price to motivate ppl to participate. i do not like it... cause it seems a bit manipulative. and it feels a bit fake. yet, i do use it, randomly. now, my question is... should i double down on it? - lvl 3 gets this - 30 day leaderboards leaders get this etc, etc. i understand the mechanics. and why it works. i just cannot decide if this benefits YOU. and my formula, is always: WIN-WIN-WIN: - i win - you win - your ppl win and i am happy to do everything (pretty much, no nudes involved), to achieve this formula. so, yes or no - let's make it simple. should i use leaderboard and active members for 7/30 days to give some bonuses.

what does this mean, "price to motivate ppl to participate". sorry might be overthinking it, but drawing a blank.

@Lidia Axe reading this thread is feeling intense. lol. It feels like the experiment is; "will doing more = more of desired outcome?" We don't have enough data already to know what will equal the desired result? All this is very interesting to think about.
Failure Wednesday Celebration!
everyone celebrates wins. it's good. but there is something better - celebrating failures. Failure Celebration has been a tradition in Community Income Mastermind since the beginning. so, i want to introduce it here. why celebrate failure, you might ask? first, let's define failure. failure (in my playbook) = something you did (ACTION), and it did not bring you the result you'd expected. here are few examples: - you ran ads, the costs are too high or not as many ppl as you've expected joined - you hosted a live event, nobody came (or just a few people) - you made a post, nobody (few) commented / reacted to it - you launched a paid offer, nobody (few) bought it you get the idea. it has to be something you have ACTUALLY tried - you did the effort, but you did not get results or the results were not what you'd expected. now, the key part - why celebrate? Sara Blakely, founder of Spanx (my spirit animal), says it best. in short, unless we try these new, unfamiliar, risky things - we are not going to get ANY fun, big, any results. so, let's start the tradition and share our failures for the past week ⬇️

@Vladimir Belokapov Yes. I did a podcast episode with a computer tech who got hacked/spammed, and I loved that he shared the story humbly even as the expert. 🤓

@Vladimir Belokapov thank you for that; turning embarrassing bloopers into a reminder; we are human. 🫣 😁
