I had a plan I cared about, so I didn't want just 1 opinion on it. I set up a Mixture of Agents team in Hermes: 3 models advising, 1 making the call. Then I gave the exact same plan to a single model. The single model said my routing was sound. The team found the hole. My plan assumed the assets it needed already existed, and nothing said when a job was actually done. Nothing breaks on day 1 with a gap like that. It just drifts. Getting it running took me 2 failed runs and about 45 minutes. I would say this is a pretty well defined audience... 2,000 views (give or take) 100 percent men 25-64 years old AVD (average view duration) 5:27 which is 1:27 more than usual (improvement on my content) Watch time 69.4 which is 9.4 more than usual (makes sense with higher watch time) I think this means I can curse a little more and not upset anyone, right? Before it publishes, the audit counts its findings against its fix list, and the 2 numbers have to match. 2. Every fix gets measured: - Who it hits: your customers and money, your work, or the agent. - How much: a counted number, like 649 people or 4 phases behind. - How bad: Money, Lost work, Slows the agent, or Polish. 3. Everything gets ranked. The heaviest weight goes first, and the most important fixes are named at the top in plain words. 4. It tests everything, not 3 of each. Every guard and every "done" line gets checked, and every mistake is planted in every shape it comes in. Planting 2 shapes is how today's email guard hole showed up. 5. Old fixes carry forward. Any fix the last audit left open stays on the report until it's fixed. 6. It fixes everything on your go.
