GHL users, I’ve got a question for you 👇
What’s ONE GoHighLevel feature or workflow that you started using and thought: “How did I not know about this sooner?” 😂 For me, it could be something as simple as automations, snapshots, workflows, pipelines, or something completely unexpected. I’m curious what everyone else is using 👀 Drop yours below — and if you can, tell us WHY you love it. Let’s build a little “GHL things everyone should know” thread 👇🔥

@Noah Dominic For me, it’s the ability to combine workflows with pipelines and automated follow-ups. Once you set it up properly, a lot of the manual lead management disappears. The biggest benefit is consistency, leads get followed up with at the right time without relying on someone to remember every step. It can make a huge difference in response times and conversion rates.
New here — quick intro + the GHL workflow driving the most booked calls for my clients right now
Hey Robb's community — Liton here from Bangladesh. I build AI + GHL automation systems for service businesses. Found Robb through his database reactivation work (which is genuinely one of the most underrated ROI plays in GHL). Quick intro: → I help businesses plug the lead leakage after enquiries come in → GHL is my core stack (AI voice agent + workflows + CRM + calendar) → Focus: lead response, qualification, booking, and reactivation The GHL workflow getting the most booked calls for my clients right now: Stage 1: New enquiry → AI responds within 60 seconds (via workflow) Stage 2: Qualifies in 2-3 messages Stage 3: Hot lead → appointment booking link auto-sent Stage 4: Warm lead → dropped into 30-day nurture sequence Stage 5: No-shows and cold leads → reactivation campaign at 30/60/90 days Simple stack. But it closes the gap where most businesses lose 40-60% of their leads. Happy to share the workflow structure if anyone wants to adapt it for their niche or clients. What GHL workflow have you found impossible to live without?

@Liton Sarker Great breakdown, Liton. I work with AI + GHL automation as well and can definitely help with optimizing these workflows, especially around lead response, qualification, follow-up, and appointment booking. Would be happy to connect and see where I can add value or help you take the workflow further.
Learning GHL, AI & Automation
Hey everyone, I’m Craig from South Africa 👋 I’m a business owner with a strong interest in technology, AI and automation, and I’ve joined the community to really understand what’s possible with GoHighLevel. I’m particularly interested in learning how GHL can be combined with automation and AI to improve the way businesses handle leads, communicate with customers, manage their CRM and automate repetitive processes. I’m still learning the platform, so I’m here to learn from people who have already built and implemented these systems, ask questions, test ideas and understand what actually works in the real world. Ultimately, I want to use what I learn to build better systems and solutions that genuinely help our customers operate more efficiently. Looking forward to learning from everyone and contributing wherever I can.

@Craig Le Roux Hi Craig, welcome to the community! It sounds like you’re in exactly the right place. I’d be happy to help you get up to speed with GHL, AI, and automation, especially when it comes to building practical systems for lead management, customer communication, CRM, and repetitive workflows. Feel free to reach out with any questions or ideas you’re working on. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned, help you troubleshoot, and explore ways to turn your ideas into working systems.
