Most People Start Their Day Behind...
Here’s how high performers finish it strong. You don't lose control of your day at 8:00 AM. You lose it the night before. If you’re waking up reacting to emails, scrambling to figure out your top priorities, or carrying mental clutter from yesterday into today, you’re burning valuable energy before you even get started. To fix this, I built The Last 30 Protocol, a 5-step, end-of-day execution system designed to lock in accountability, purge mental noise, and set your top priorities in stone before your head hits the pillow. It takes 30 deliberate minutes to incorporate the system and stack daily Wins! Want to go deeper on building unbreakable daily systems and high-performance execution? I’m breaking down the complete blueprint live on the Summit Stage this Thursday, August 6th, 2026. If you want to stop playing defense with your schedule and start commanding your day, make sure you lock in your spot and come ready. Drop a "Finish Strong" in the comments below if you're grabbing the guide and I'll see you on the main stage Thursday!

Thank you @Aaron Murauskas . This is right in line with what one of my coaches used to tell me all the time: "Plan tomorrow today." That way you wake up with a plan that you already know exactly where and how you're going to jump in. I also find it helpful to set achievable goals for the day, even if it's a piece of a larger goal. That way, I'm consistently chipping away and making progress. I lived for a very long time without doing this, and it went exactly as you described it above. While I'm having coffee, I'm trying to figure out where to start and trying to remember everything I'm supposed to cover for the day. That disorganization just really goes against my way of being. I like this much better.
