Hi Friends of this awesome group! So I have been raising capital privately for a few years which has brought me to a group like this.... And I have a need for a business loan or line of credit for a very green 💚 and global company that has all the right credentials. I have not found a business line of credit for them, so my ask is if ANYONE here may know of a lender that does business loans. Lets chat! I will check back every couple hours.. Hi everyone, just locked in a Transactional Funding deal for a portfolio of properties. 32 SFH properties minus the four she already has under agreement. I also spoke to the seller to get an understanding of why he's selling all of these properties and why he wants to get rid of them all. I also spoke to the buyer's realtor and she and I hit it off immediately 💯 Just wanted to share a Win, and to give you all motivation that I feel like I'm getting somewhere. This will be my working project, along with the investor I'm helping to get a 30-unit townhouse complex and I'm actively still accepting offers. Comments or DMs are welcome.
