Zero Dollars, Zero Results, Zero Time Left? Perfect. Listen to me.
today is the last day to join Community Income Mastermind. doors close tomorrow when i wake up/start working (around 10am Jerusalem time). why i close doors? cause i want to give my undivided attention to those who are committed. before they do, i'm answering the three questions i get every single time. video's below if you'd rather watch. 1. "i haven't made any money yet. should i invest?" imagine you are opening a restaurant. you pay a year of rent, the design, the branding, the ads, the staff, the menu. all before one customer walks in. you invest first. you recover it after you open. "i must start earning before i start investing is the wrong premise" those are the rules of the game in real life, not in the dream land some gurus sell. 2. "i've bought programs/hired coaches before and got nothing." me too. programs with multiple zeros. zero results=cash. was it for nothing? no. i learned something. it was just expensive lessons, with a very low return. and also, i was not ready. i did not put my all. so, it is not just on them, it is on me as well. the program was not for me. the time was not right... so why is this one different? me. i care whether you get results. i limit how many people i take in. and this month i'm adding 1:1 accountability — monthly 1:1, weekly checking, and implementation calls after every workshop. i am not happy with reducing the price, get paid more, but less ppl results (10%). i want to keep the price, more ppl get results. i am moving towards the higher end - less people, better results first, but then more people, more results. 3. "can you guarantee results?" yes. if you keep showing up and doing the work. it's a two-way street. when members show up, i show up. when they need help, they get it. ask anyone in CIM. but a second guarantee: it takes 6- 12 months. hence, there's an annual plan. annual is $497. it's the commitment, and it's the one i'd pick. cause i am promising you get $5k per month. pretty good ROI.

They Are Solving the Wrong Problem | Axe Verdict
yes, it's that time again. Skool News is out. and i have a controversial opinion about it (always). in this Skool News issue, they talk about "creator burnout" and "content treadmill". both are true. but they do not apply if you are NOT a content creator, but a business owner. here is what they are saying: - outsource growth to Skool - focus on delivery only sounds very attractive, right? spoiler alert - no, it does not. if you are a business owner, and you outsource smth to an external party, you want "a bulletproof service contract with clear performance metrics" (not me, Gemini said this). what does it mean? - "Clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Define exactly what success looks like. Include specific deadlines, quality standards, and response times so there is no ambiguity." now, tell me, do we have this with Skool GB? well, i will answer that - no: - no control - no clear deadlines - no expected standards all we are asked for is TRUST US TO DO IT RIGHT. well, you can do it - you can trust them to do it right. i don't. and here is the REAL PROBLEM: - they said "it is working for a bunch of people". cool. what bunch? give me real numbers, please! - i can't outsource smth, if i don't have any control over how it actually works for ME. it is not the way to do business. and i am a business owner, not content creator. - and then, they are saying "continue to create content and drive traffic". what?! why? wait? didn't you just said i will end up with creator burnout?! final point. difficult to digest. remember how they said that "only 5.0 rating is not good for a community"? hm, i wonder if the same applies to their own feature. so far, they never mentioned a SINGLE bad thing about GB in the news. that just sucks. to me. - never acknowledged people's concerned - never mentioned what does not work - never said anything bad about it so, i am sorry to say what Stanislavski used to say "I don't believe you". but, it's just me.

@Zena Ryder It was so good for getting work/referrals 20 years ago. I assume nothing's changed.

@Zena Ryder Tarot cards doesn’t sound like a great approach to business 🤣 I was in trades, it I also bought stationary from the stationary guy, insurance from the insurance guy, found customer for a photographer, and printer. I would stay away from someone I didn’t consider to be any good. I think it’s great for most things. Just about who you know.
Skool DM Automation: Great in Theory, Terrible in Practice
i will never use automated DM sequences on Skool. here's a real example of why. lots of Skool tools now offer DM sequences. and the pitch makes sense. - it saves time. - keeps a line open with every member. - keeps your community top of mind. great in theory. terrible in execution. at least in everything i've seen. this morning i got a DM from someone who's a member of my community. i'm also a member of theirs. two days ago we chatted about them being in my community and booking a call. and then, i receive a message this morning. it was a friendly. something along the lines of: glad you're in the community, just popping in to say hi. before anyone reads this as a callout. it isn't. the person is great. the message, on its own, is great. BUT we talked two days ago. so a "just popping in to say hi" makes no sense. and the moment i read it, i suspected it was automated. the next message sounded scripted too. by then it didn't matter what it said. that's what Skool DM automation costs you. a good message, sent at the wrong moment, to someone who already in communication with you. WHAT TO DO INSTEAD i understand, sending DMs is a lot of work/time/effort. hence, do this instead: - have a library of DM templates for different situations. new member, went quiet, booked a call, no-show. - have a system - easy way - to track where each person is in their journey in your community. so you know which template fits before you hit send. - add personality. a voice note instead of text. a short video. short on time? even a gif beats a paragraph that reads like a bot. these are my fav gifs to follow up with ppl i talked before. DO NOT STEAL THEM ☢️ !!!! templates save the time. tracking keeps the context. the personal bit is you. ➡️ so what's your take on auto DMs, from both ends - sending and receiving them ?

@Lidia Axe I definitely think automation has it’s place. Very useful if you’re not always available. It’s like al these things, it’s only as good as the system you’ve implemented. That’s my opinion.
Failure Wednesday Celebration 🎉
since there are bunch of new ppl, let me explain: - everybody celebrates wins. but not many i have seen celebrate failures. yet, failures are not optional, they are a MUST if you want to achieve any sort of business success. - also, you hear a lot of successes - in Skoolers, in other communities. ppl are eager to share amazing things that happened. so, you might fall into the trap of "survival bias". if only thing you hear is wins, you might believe it is a norm. it is not. win is an outlier. - finally, people love to share a hero journey story. because it's good script. it's likable. "things were bad, i took a chance, things became great - i am winner now". nothing wrong with it. or? so, we are here share raw, pure FAILURES - not covered with the success story. as is. === now, let's get clear - what is FAILURE in our playbook? - it's an action you did and the result was not what you expected/wanted to be and what failure is NOT? - when you don't take action - post, call, launch - that's not failure. that's STALLING in our playbook. and that needs to be fixed, not celebrated. finally, why do we CELEBRATE failure? failure means you took action. - action deserves celebration. - courage to take action deserves celebration. - courage to share your failure deserves celebration. === time to share ⬇️ ps please, please, please share your wins in Wins&Failures category any day, every day. we need to hear wins as well.
