☀️Motivating Monday☀️
I saw this (Below) and thought it was the perfect reminder to start our week. We tend to measure progress by what we can see. The number on the scale. The finished project. The new opportunity. The changed habit. The breakthrough. But some of our most important growth happens long before there’s anything to show for it. Every time you meditate, journal, create, refocus, make a better choice, or simply show up again — you’re putting down roots. So if you've been doing the work but aren't seeing the results yet… Don't mistake “not yet” for “not happening.” Keep showing up. Your roots may simply be getting ready for what comes next. Happy Motivating Monday!

I LOVE THAT!
Saturday Thought
“Some of us think holding on makes us strong, but sometimes it is letting go.” — Hermann Hesse We talk a lot about what we want to add to our lives. More joy. More peace. More love. More opportunity. More good people and good moments. But sometimes, before something new can come in… we have to make room for it. Let go of the grudge. Let go of needing to be right. Let go of the conversation you keep replaying. Let go of something that simply isn't serving you anymore. Not because it didn’t matter. But because maybe it doesn’t need to take up space today. Think of it like cleaning out a closet — sometimes you don’t realize how much room something was taking up until it’s gone. So this Saturday, maybe we ask ourselves: What can I let go of to make a little more room for something better? You never know what might be waiting for the space.🌈

I want to let go of the anger that I still have towards my ex for the way he did me. I don't want him back, would NEVER him back. But I just don't know how to let go of it.
Wednesday Check in
“We are what we repeatedly do.” — Aristotle Let's have a little fun with our four practices today... Which one has been getting the MOST attention lately? 🧘 Meditation 📓 Journaling 🎨 Creative 🌻 Focus And which one has been sitting in the corner saying... “Ummm...remember me?” 😂 No guilt allowed! 4 Cubed was never about being perfect. It's about having simple tools we can come back to whenever we need them. Which practice could use a little love from you today?

Definitely meditation for me. I love journal, I am always hyper fo used on what I am doing (which isn't always a good thing), and I have been having to be creative since I have moved into a smaller space. But I just haven't been able to find the time to meditate.
Soulful Sunday
“Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson Sometimes the most productive thing we can do... ...is pause. Take a deep breath. Look up. Notice the beauty around us. Reconnect with what matters most. We spend so much of our lives focused on what's next that we forget to appreciate what's right here. What's one thing you'll slow down long enough to truly enjoy today? My hope is that today gives you at least one moment that reminds you how beautiful ordinary life can be.

I work in labor and delivery at my local hospital so i am going to stop and appreciate the gift of a new life.
Happy Friday!
“Count your age by friends, not years. Count your life by smiles, not tears.” — John Lennon Here's your Friday mission... Make one person smile today. Maybe it's a compliment. Maybe it's holding the door. Maybe it's sending a text. Maybe it's simply sharing your smile. Funny how the smallest moments often become the most meaningful. What's one simple thing that always makes you smile?
