📚 For My Teachers, Aides, & Educators. Let’s Start a Thread
I’ve been thinking about starting a mini blog or ongoing post just for those of you who work in education… because I realized we’ve got quite a few of you inside this community Whether you’re in the classroom, working as an aide, nurse, supporting education, or running things behind the scenes, your days are full, your energy is pulled in a million directions, and yet here you are still showing up for your health. I see you. And working in the classroom for 8 years, I know the struggle This thread is your space. A space to connect, to swap ideas, to drop what’s working (or not working), and to lean on each other — especially with back to school season on the horizon. 🎯 Whether it’s: • How you’re fitting in movement on busy days • Easy meals that work during your lunch break • Morning routines that set the tone • Mindset tools to manage overwhelm • Or the boundaries you’re learning to set around your own health… Let’s make this a go to place to support each other through the year. Drop a comment and introduce yourself 👇 Where do you work in education? How long have you been in education? A concern you are worried about as the year is set to begin? And what’s one strategy that helps you stay grounded and on track when school is in session? 🫶 You’re not alone in this journey. With Momentum, Coach Foss

Hi everyone I work as preschool does teacher for moderate to severe disabilities. I have been teaching for about 10 years now but in education for about 12! One of my biggest struggles when going back to work is planning for lunch & not snacking through out the day, my lunch is at 2pm and I get off at 4pm so sometimes I skip lunch and go straight to dinner when I get home. However then I’m so hungry by the time I get home I just eat whatever and usually puts me over my calories.
Welcome to Foss Performance🧭
This Is Your Roadmap If you’re reading this, you’re officially inside the system. This is not a content library. This is not a motivation hub. This is a performance system built on structure, sequencing, and execution. Read this once. Then move through it in order. BEFORE YOU GO ANY FURTHER This pinned post assumes you have completed Steps 01–04 from the Welcome Email. That means: → Trainerize account active + consultation completed → PAR-Q submitted → Nutrition survey completed → Skool account fully set up YOU MADE IT THROUGH STEPS 01–04 That matters, nice work. From here, continue with Onboarding Phase 1 below. EXECUTION ORDER Your focus now is foundation, not intensity. The goal of this phase: → Establish structure → Build consistency → Remove overwhelm Follow the steps exactly in order. STEP 05: ORIENT YOURSELF TO THE SYSTEM You do not need to consume everything. You just need to know where things live. → Community — questions, wins, feedback → Classroom — training & nutrition education → Resources — trackers, templates, tools → Calendar — coaching calls & live sessions No noise. Only what moves the needle. Spend at least 15 minutes browsing. Specifically the classroom. STEP 06: COMPLETE THE ONBOARDING COURSE 📍 Classroom → Begin Your System Setup This step is non-negotiable. The Onboarding Course includes: → Expectations & communication standards → Systems navigation (Trainerize + Skool) → Personal inventory → Habit Audit (inside the course) → Initial setup checklist Move through the lessons in order. Do not jump ahead. This course sets your coaching direction. STEP 07: ADD GROUP CALLS TO YOUR CALENDAR 📍 Calendar Tab Consistency beats intensity. Block the time. Show up prepared. Engagement compounds progress. STEP 08: COMMENT ON THIS POST Introduce yourself: → Name → Age → Location → Goals → Current struggles This is your ticket to Step 09. No comment = onboarding paused. STEP 09: SCHEDULE YOUR ONBOARDING DEBRIEF CALL Once you’ve completed the Onboarding Course and Habit Audit, book your call
