My first time growing sweet potatoes and couldn’t be happier with the results! Anyone have tips for curing? Given it’s 100 degrees where I’m at for the next few weeks? I read any that are damage (i.e. nicked with my shovel or broken) can’t be cured. Is that correct?

ok for those who can’t keep up with their okra, someone posted this idea over on FB in one of my gardening/homesteading groups I follow. I’ve seen those before. I just would never have ever dreamed that they could have been made of dehydrated or dried okra. lol.

A few things picked today when doing a tidy up Salad turnip, beetroot, kale , choc cherry tomatoes, peas, mangetout , sugar snap peas , a few potatoes (not pictured) and some lovely fresh eggs from my girls
