Hi Everyone, I've been hard at work making the foundational items for the Skool. (1) I've done a few live sessions - which were BAD at first, but are improving. Content wise - they're "trying to cram too much in too short of a time period"... Once I get the content-to-time ratio down I'll post the replays (& I'll let you know when I do that). For now, the live sessions are being held weekly and I invite you to attend, if for no other reason than to get to know me.. There won't be replays of these posted until they're reasonable 😅 (2) I updated the classroom covers... I kind of went boring and neutral so we can go hard with the themed courses 🎉 without ruining the vibe of the classroom, visually. Which brings me to the workflow cover/tool/ **POLL** I've been building a workflow visualization tool (which is going to be one of the freebies you all get access to) and I'd love your opinion on which is easier for you to look at. Option 1 = Black Background, very n8n. Option 2 = directly from Make.com visual, shows the tools being used Option 3 = The one I'm making, icons show what's being done with the stuff, colors to show the tools? Option 4 = tell me what you like and don't like about them.

This one is easier for me to follow and also still simplified enough. I tend to complicate things uncessarily.

I just made a post in the classroom about 3-ish questions to have on hand so you don't need to copy and paste all the time. Plus, they're the basis for everything AI is ever going to help you do in your business. The end of it asks you all to come and share your replies so we can support (& maybe you'll get some more followers). The 3-ish BARE BONES answers to have on hand: 1. What do you do? / Who do you help? / What is your Background? 2. What do you teach or offer ? (These two will often overlap a little) 3. Do they come to you to learn how to do the thing so they can do it for someone else? Or do they come to you to get the thing done for themselves? Below, Tell us your answers. For those of us reading replies: - If it's your thing, follow and support other group members please. - If it's something you're interested in but not quite sure if it's for you, please ask a clarifying question It will help the poster either (1) realize they may need to sort this into TWO ideas, or (2) maybe they need to be more specific about who they're for. - Either way, be supportive. This group is for type-A people, but more A as in 'high drive to accomplish,' not A as in 'A-hole.' (My answers are in the comments)

This is a very thoughtful question, makes you think. 1. I help drivers run their own truck profitably without making expensive mistakes. My background spreads across a few industries, primarily administration with a background in accounting and real estate I now operate an owner operator trucking company. I'm currently running a shell company working the back end for contracted freight that I can build around. I came in as an investor and over time became the primary driver so I've seen both sides. 2. I offer systems, real world lessons and structured guidance to help navigate logistics industries. 3. Yes they do, this is a very appealing industry to many because the $ that can be made as an independent owner operator is can be uncapped and exceed the average. There is a ton of conflicting information out there so people are unsure how or where to start. Many would be willing to pay a little up front to save $ later.
