Governance strategies for our gates
Recap...my gate, family youth ,workplace One of my hearts heaviest burden is our youth. The one the world and family has written off, the one that everyone says that will be nothing, their criminals, robbers and thieves. They are an inconvenient to world. Now it is amazing how the world can view youth in this manner , and it was their ideal to take the father out the home(welfare and food stamp), put drugs in the neighborhood. It was their ideals and ways that started some our youth on this path. Some homes are broken because the dad decide to leave, parents was on drug. What ever the reason may be it is time for us to stand up and start praying for our youth Start listening to the things that they are saying, to us either verbal or physical. They needs us to start listening and to take action. Teaching them that life is not always easy and yes is not the only answer. But through their life there will be up and Downs and there will be hard times as well as good ,but there is a God in heaven that loves them, die on the cross for them and hears their cry. One of the ways that this situation can be addressed is first to start a mentor group In our neighborhoods with our youth teaching them about Jesus Christ Personal appearance Hygiene Respect Honesty The value of education and so on to name a few. The mentorship must require only men of God, so there will be no confusion (worldly teaching). I would love to see this up and running in the next few of weeks . This requires me to partner with other men around this areas and neighborhood and even in other neighborhoods, in different cities. Because if this problem is not address, there would be no one left to guard the gates. The next generation can only teach the generation after them what they know. So in order for this breach stop action need to be put in place immediately.

@Montoya Parker As aways sis my heart is with you. I personally can relate to the lack of spiritual life in my family growing up. Remembering a time when my mom get up and ready for church, cook breakfast and go back to bed. Looking back now that was her only day off so I'm pretty sure she was trying to rest. After that we just stopped going there was no pressure for us to go. Sunday literally became a family rest day. With all the self proclaim competition out here now,, How can we keep the the future generations engaged in a relationship with Christ??
Identifying Breaches at the Gate (Week 2 Discussion Post)
Gate Reminder: In Week 1, I identified the marketplace gate, specifically the healthcare and pharmaceutical field. This is the area where I believe I have been positioned to influence, especially in the development, approval, and distribution of medications that directly impact people’s health and quality of life. Breach Identification: One of the major breaches I see within this gate is a lack of accountability and an overemphasis on profit rather than patient well-being. Many medications are widely used even when they carry serious long-term side effects or can cause damage to major organs. There also seems to be confusion in priorities—financial gain often comes before safety, prevention, and holistic healing. This creates a system where people rely heavily on drugs without always understanding the full risks involved. From my personal experience working as a pharmacy technician, especially in a work-from-home role dealing with prior authorizations, I have also seen how the system itself needs improvement. Some of the challenges of working from home in this role include lack of clear communication, unrealistic productivity expectations, limited support from management, and job instability due to constant system changes. These issues not only affect employees but also slow down the prior authorization process, which directly impacts patients and providers. Root Cause: I believe this breach has developed over time because of pressure from the pharmaceutical industry, competition in the marketplace, and a system that rewards profit more than compassion. When success is measured mainly by sales and revenue, it becomes easier for integrity and accountability to weaken. In addition, leadership is often disconnected from the daily struggles that patients, pharmacy technicians, and healthcare providers face. Initial Restoration Insight: Restoring order to this gate must begin with accountability, transparency, and a patient-first mindset. One way to improve the system would be to create a more organized and supportive structure for prior authorizations and billing that benefits employees, patients, and providers. In addition, as I continue to pursue my education in pharmacy, I would love to create medications that are much safer and cause fewer harmful side effects. Instead of relying heavily on synthetic ingredients and chemicals, I would rather be part of the solution by helping develop treatments that truly support the well-being of people. With the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit, I believe it is possible to bring integrity, compassion, and healing back into the healthcare marketplace.

The people definitely need God's people guarding that gate. It's so easy to get comfortable relying on medication that does more harm than good. You try to get one symptom fixed and end up with ten more different problems, worse than the one you started with. Between the side effects and making sure you have the correct dosage, anything can go wrong. How often have you seen a person come in to get one medication, then later end up with more due to the side effects or a miscalculation of the dosage?
Gate identifying recap
Gates- family, youth, workplace, The breach that has seen the more then any other is with our young men. I have seen some the smartest young men go down the path. Some may end up in jail, drugs or worse. But one of the hardest things to do is watching our young men grow up to have no fear of GOD, to be disrespectful, with no motivation, no drive, with no cares of becoming a responsible adult. Now I can say that not all of them are like this but I have seen a few. After listening and talking to some of them and even to some of the older men there was a common yet very heavy connection the root cause of this breach. Even tho there are years between them the root cause was the same lack of male leadership. Not just any kind of leadership but Godly leadership. But to hear some of the older guys talk you can see another breach in the gate. Some of the elders grow up the same way and never took the time get to know God. As soon as you mention God to them they leave or try to change the topic. As Kingdom God fearing men its our responsibility to teach the older generation and take back our youth to encourage them, build them up to teach them and to give them hope. But most of all lead them to Christ. So that they can begin to guard the gates that God has for them.

HOMEWORK
I am not sure if this is the correct spot for our assignment. It would have been easier to answer the questions about the gates, my influence etc had it been before my mother and baby sister passed in 2002. Since their deaths compared to what I'm doing now is so very different. 1.What gates have God authorized me to influence ? I'm gonna guess and say church and family. Mostly what I do now is work with the evangelistic team and intercessory prayer team at my church. At other ministries I I play organ and support the worship leader. Since being fired at my church as Minister Music I really just do more outside my church than in. I'm glad my pastor released me to help whom ever needs me. IF not I'd be on the back row gladly chilling. I would also say the internet is part of my influence. God consistently keeps giving me platforms where I share music and an encouraging word to souls that are listening. It's just songs I have written and recorded but it songs He gives me HOP for somebody watching. My responses are someone has been encouraged, healed etc. After my mother passed I stared hearing songs with instrumentations without trying. Creating praise songs to sing to God daily is my way of ministering to God. I know that there is no way I would still have my right mind after dealing with all these lifestorms after the last 24 years. When people are hurting there is something in me that wants to reach out and give them encouraging words. There was Evangelist that would call me To sing worship songs while she was in p a in. I did it afraid. She has now passed. So I guess it's correct to say prophetic music is my influence. When people say they were healed delivered etc. that's a good thing. It's all God and for His glory so I just say nothing and smile. Being that God spared my life after attempting suicide anything I can do to bring Glory to Him is so exciting. I guess my influence is my family to my surprise. After my mom passed my cousins let me know that they had been watching my life to see if I would backside. They also said you the longest person I know that stayed saved since at teenager.

What a testimony ..To GOD Be the Glory!! I can relate with the music ,,, I was out of church for awhile my wife ask me to attend a service with her one Sunday I did not want to but i still went with her so she would leave me alone. I already had it in my mind that I wasn't going back BUT when we got in that church this very gifted young lady started to sing ...She song my soul back to the kingdom..(Like David and Saul)..So please never stop guarding the gate..and sing the song of worship to the LORD. For all the Darnell's who is sitting in silence and suffering..
