Is Caffeine Your Narcotic of Choice Too?
If you’re like me and need caffeine mainlined into your veins to get started, this is a symptom of your biology struggling to create enough energy for you. Veterans have a very intimate relationship with caffeine. It keeps us going when we’re dog tired and need to hunt Taliban at midnight amongst other things. I remember shotgunning RipIts before patrol. I never drank coffee before I deployed but when I came back, I’ve never kicked the habit. I’m not talking about enjoying coffee ☕️ like a normal person. I’m talking about using caffeine instead of meth to get your engine going. If that’s you, you should come learn about why you need so much caffeine and how you can improve your natural energy levels. I’m hosting a free workshop about this on Thursday. All you need to do is comment “COFFEE” and I’ll send you the details. 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡

@Dave Morrow to explain myself. Which my mind talks faster than my mouth lol. Three things I learned for PBH. Lose weight I've been doing well at. Eat healthy foods. Which I am doing my best in this economy. 3rd limit coffee. Trying. I found out coffee in someway irritates the bladder .That sits on the prostate that when you urinate rubs the prostate causing it to inflame. After I started limiting my coffee that I love. I've been getting some success down stairs. Yes I have an issue down there. With lots of pain and this has been helpful.
Always Tired?
Three coffees before 10am isn't a morning routine. It's a symptom. You've been told it's age. You've been told it's discipline. You've tried keto, carnivore, fasting, the trainer who programmed you like you're 25 — and every one of them worked for about three weeks before it died. Here's what nobody told you: you didn't fail those plans. They failed because they all started with a guess. You went to the doctor. You described exactly what was happening. You walked out with a label and a prescription. No metals panel. No gut panel. No hormones. Nobody actually looked. There are three things a lot of us carried home from service that quietly drain the cells that make your energy. Most guys have never been tested for a single one of them. I listed what you need to do first — what the three are, and the exact script to get your doctor to test for them. Make sure to subscribe to the show for more videos every week.

You walk out with a prescription on repeats. They never ever make an effort to get you off them. Without checking your future history of wellness
I'll be reporting at the Allison Inquiry
For those Canadian troops who were injured by the Covid19 vaccine, you'll want to pay attention to this. This isn't a political post. This is to let the CAF veterans in here know that there's a formal inquiry happening in Ottawa on September 8-11 to hear testimony from vaccine-injured Canadians so we can learn from our mistakes. I personally know 3 great soldiers that had their careers ended with life-altering medical conditions, and they were never listened to or cared for because the vaccine was "safe and effective". That's wrong no matter which way you slice it. Vaccine injury doesn't care what political spectrum you're on. It's eerily similar to what happened to our veterans with mefloquine poisoning and continues to be ignored and denied by VAC as ever having happened. I'll be reporting from Ottawa, LIVE, on my Hard to Kill Podcast YouTube Channel. Subscribe and turn on the bell notification so you know when to tune in. 👉 https://www.youtube.com/@thehardtokillpodcast

Have You Worked on Your Spiritual Fitness?
With Easter around the corner it’s a good time to talk about spiritual fitness. Having just got back from another week of profound healing and recovery I wanted to share some insights and spark a conversation. Last week I spent in Mexico with 14 first responders and veterans to do some BJJ and heal from a long journey of pain and loss. It’s my second time doing the retreat with Dave and Cordi from Becoming Om. Last year, I had the most profound religious experience of my life there, so I was excited to go back. What I’ve realized since beginning my coaching career is that we silo ourselves into 3 buckets: physical, mental and spiritual. When I started coaching I was focused on reps and macros, then I realized none of that matters if your mental health is in shambles and now I realize that both of those are difficult to manage if your spiritual fitness is lacking. The trinity. Something Christians are familiar with, is similar for our health too. Physical Health, Mental Health, Spiritual Health. The U.S. Army has a manual on it. I’m not sure if Canada does but if so, please share. The U.S. military recognizes that physical strength and mental toughness can only get you so far when the chips are down. That’s where spirituality and faith come in. I became a lot closer to my faith in the last years. It’s helped me significantly navigate life but also improved my health overall. It’s a stress reducer. My question to you is simple. Have you been able to improve your spiritual fitness since leaving your service?

Yes Dave I have. I went to church as a child. Got pins for every year we went. Then of all things I joined the Army Cadet Corp at the dear age 12. First time in camp we had to attend Sunday Service. It was a shocker to me. Nothing like I was use too. I was in culture shock. Going ahead 50 plus years I was introduced to the Padre of our Legion. I was asked to attend a service of His Church. I said the last time I was in church was years ago. It might burn down if I attended. I did attend months later. Padre tap me on the shoulder an stated see no fire. Long things short. I found that it was a blessing. It was like meditation. Was totally relaxed in mind and soul. My PTSD was very calm in my mind and body. To the point I was near rim sleep. It has benefits that work. Now I go every week. Plus I really love myself now.
I Don't Do This Enough - Leave A Review
My Fit As Fuckers, I don't do this enough. I don't ask for testimonials, but I must in order to help more veterans find this community and learn to break free from chronic pain and poor health. We just wrapped up our amazing event on Saturday, so if you want to write a review about it, or if you've had wins from being in this group, listening to my podcast, or reading one of my books, I'd really appreciate it. Just head to my Google page and send it! LEAVE A REVIEW Merci Coach D

I have been with Dave Morrow almost from the beginning of time. I have had a very successful time following exercise program, listening to podcasts, personal support from Dave and the group. When I joined the exercise program I was at approximately 280lbs. That is after I started by myself. At around 300 lbs. I learned that determination for regular workouts became a routine. As of this message I am at 216 lbs and very much proud of Dave and myself. Plus with all this my medication is way down from over twenty meds per day. Live is changing for the better.
