Up to 40 people in my Warhammer group
I haven't been working too hard on this group but I am still at it. Something that's working pretty well is I made a guide to the armies to buy. Warhammer is a miniature warfare game, in case you aren't familiar. Any way, I give this guide away to people looking for what army to start. I just grab the course link and send to them. I'm looking for more ways to do this... The intent of the guide is to create a buyer's guide that stores can use to sell models. The idea is to give it to stores and have them put a QR code that links to my group on every box which will drive traffic to my group, whole helping local stores make sales. I want to have a paid tier that auctions off models every month. The paid tier helps people get cheap models and the payments from that tier help me fund the group.

AI Fatigue
Reason #154 running a community is my #1 fave investment. AI Fatigue Don't ya think that the MORE AI there is... ...the MORE peeps will want to hang out with real peeps? The internet STARTED as Bulletin Boards, Usenet groups and forums. It's not a matter of WHEN an offer or product dies... And many products are dying FASTER with AI... But I ask? What will be even MORE VALUABLE? What will LAST another 20 to 100 years? People connecting with and helping people. Does that mean I think we shouldn't have AI products, services and software? Not at all... I'm saying... The product WILL die. To THRIVE long-term... We want to focus on PEOPLE. Agree? Disagree? Rooting For Ya, Travis

The MOST studied species on the planet (bar none) Humans are most "probably" THAT 👆👆👆 above... ...yet marketers routinely behave as though their prospects are mysterious creatures who need to be “targeted.” As Feynman once stated: "Knowing the name doesn't mean you know the thing" A thrush is a LOT more than the name suggests 😉
Checkbook Out...Then I Put It Away
Found a community. 10,000+ Hormozi groupies. The owner wants 10 grand for it. Checkbook out. Ready to cut a check. Then I had a chat with Travis. Told him I was more attached to this than I should be. Ding ding. That's the problem, he said. The second you're attached to getting a deal... You're already in a weaker position. So I stopped trying to be their first choice. I became their backup offer instead. Turns out the 10 grand wasn't even what he really wanted. Now I can own this thing... Without a penny upfront. DON'T GET ATTACHED.

What is the usual culprit in a situation like this?
So here's the situation: Niche is pre-launch ECOM founders. 1) I sent the First IOI email (T1) to a warm email list of $7 masterclass buyers. 2) List size is 20K. 3) Subject line of the email was a straightforward symptom call-out: "read this if you still haven't launched your brand" 4) 5K people opened that email (GOLD IOIs) - that's 25% open rate. All rock n roll until here... But here's where things get a little rough... 5) Out of the 5K that opened...only 25 replied, and almost none from the 25 kept the conversation going after the first reply. :( 6) Surprisingly when I shifted the medium from Email --> WhatsApp almost everyone kept the conversation going. There are two problems over here: ONE: Very low open ---> reply rate TWO: very low reply ---> conversation rate Has anyone had this challenge before & fixed it? Would love to hear about it. :)))))

An addition to @Honey Syed 's response👇 Rather than asking, "What's the usual culprit?", I'd start by asking... "What did those 25 replies reveal?" Because that's where the gold is 💰 Did they mention the same obstacle? Or did they misunderstand the question? And at what exact message did the conversation die? (Specifics really DO matter) The issue may not be a single culprit, but a combination of the audience, where they were in their journey, what happened after they replied, and even the difference between email and WhatsApp. So... I'd be asking: At what point did I STOP moving with the prospect's existing momentum? (Think Aikido) Remember, @Sibi Gnaneshwaran You're NOT talking to ECOM founders... You're "listening" to individuals with unique problems.
