Super Simple Meal Prep
Happy Monday! This morning we had little to nothing left in the fridge (my wife grocery shops on Mondays) and I was hungry so I whipped up some ground turkey with onions and garlic. We had 2 packages of ground turkey, 2 onions, and a bunch of garlic. All I did was put the packages of turkey in a large pan, diced up the onions, minced the garlic, added those and put in a few seasonings (salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley). It took me about 20 minutes total and I can pair this with rice (already prepared in fridge) as an easy, tasty meal that I can eat for the next couple of days :-) Just wanted to share that meal prep doesn't always have to be super complex!!

We recently bought an air fryer and it’s a game changer for easy protein prep.
Monday Mindset: Accountability ☑️
Hey everyone! This morning on my Men's group call we talked all about accountability on the path to greatness. Accountability to your SELF is the most important type of accountability to harness and build. It is done through discipline (which I share about last week) and the knowing that ALL circumstances in life are the results of our actions and thoughts that preceded said circumstance. Something I say to myself frequently is, "the work I do when no one is watching is what matters most." I live by this standard while holding ruthless accountability in all that I do - with health, fitness, work, family, and all domains of life. So, with this, I am curious... 1. What are you holding yourself accountable to this week? Let's share in the comments for both internal and external accountability!! 👇

To add an extra weekly session to my boxing training, effective at the begging of the next monthly billing cycle.

Discipline is self care 🎯
Hey all - on my men's group call this morning we talked about committing to greatness. One of the other members said, "discipline is the ultimate form of self care. With intentional actions we care for our present and future self." Just wanted to share - also, what are your thoughts on discipline? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Discipline is a virtue because it’s how you transmute everything you think you value into something that actually exists in the world. Or else it doesn’t.

High quality protein drinks on the go
Hey all - really quick on the group call with my Inspired Well-being Program clients on Tuesday some great questions came up. One of them was what are the best on the go protein drinks? Meaning pre-prepared, you just buy and drink them. I personally have had Koia and Rebbl brands and stand by both of them from a quality perspective AND their macro break downs. Koia Vanilla: Calories: 190 Protein: 18 g Carbs: 13 g Fat: 7 g Fiber: 7 g Rebbl Dark chocolate: Calories: 250 g Protein: 20 g Carbs: 19 g Fat: 11 g Fiber: 5 g (KEEP IN MIND ONLY THE CHOCOLATE REBBL HAS FIBER - becuase they use real dark chocolate... the vanilla flavor has no fiber) With anything nutrition wise I focus on 3 things: 1. High quality ingredients 2. Protein 3. Fiber Literally, that's it. These both fit the bill. All Koia flavors have fiber, but only the chocolate Rebbl does (noted above). I would honestly choose Koia first, Rebbl second. Anyway, just wanted to share!!
