We just rented the last two units at MC Flex Office Warehouse, which means Buildings 1 & 2 are DONE. Fully leased. Now we shift our attention to Phase 2 — Buildings 3 & 4. And the crazy part? I’m headed there now. 🏢 Assisted Living Development — civil engineering is moving forward. 🚦 Deo Drive — traffic study underway to determine whether we develop restaurant pads along the frontage with a traffic light and Flex Office Warehouse behind them, or go all-in on Flex. 🏗️ Another Flex Development — we’re also looking at moving forward on a new project for a longtime friend and client. We’re not slowing down. We’re building businesses. We’re developing real estate. We’re creating cash flow. And we’re documenting the entire process. The next few years are going to be massive.
