If you source your leads via Apify🙋
Hey HighLevels! 👋 Wanted to share smth I spent a good amount of hours to tackle, and I hope I'll be able to save some of you that time. I discovered it just a few days ago, and it's about finding your prospects 📝 So, I use Apify to get some leads for my business, and in order to do that I used to just paste in some query (e.g. niche: e-commerce; job title: owner, founder, c-suite; size: 1-10 etc.), run the actor, get the dataset and smile to my ears. But apparently not all the prospects in that spreadsheet are my ICP. Some are from different countries, some are from different niches. Some are not founders, but "helping founders achieve smth...". Overall, the dataset needs filtering. How I solved this is I set these filters: 1) has website and email 2) is decision maker 3) is my ICP and if 1) is pretty straightforward, then 2) and 2) is not as easy. But Claude helped me out here as well - we stated the ICP, and Claude analyzed the info about each prospect against that ICP and pasted each lead into Fits or Rejected tabs. I advice you to do that as well. I have this big n8n flow which helps me source via Apify, filter, and write the messages, but feel free to use whatever's easier for you - can just use Claude or ChatGPT (just beware it will eat up part of your weekly usage). After you do these filterings, you get about 1/3 of the leads you had from Apify, but those are most likely to be your ICP and benefit from your offer. Another important thing is to check and verify the emails afterwards, but I'll get to it a bit later and keep you updated. Hope the info in this post saves someone a few hours and emails sent to a completely different niche, country, or prospect 🙏😁

yeah, doing the filtering already, need to also enhance with email verification and things look pretty good. Thanks for your advice @Mouldi Nouri
I niched down to fence companies and built this. What would you charge for it?
Need your guys' honest input 🙏 I niched down to fencing companies and built a full package for them. It starts with a new website, and on that site is an estimate + booking tool. As the customer picks their material, style, height, and gates, it builds the fence out visually in 3D and shows a live price, then they can book a free measurement right there. The website and 3D builder are the hook, but the real value is what comes with them on the backend: missed call text back, instant text back to new leads, follow-ups for people who don't finish, and automatic Google review requests after the job. It runs through LeadConnector and GoHighLevel. Two questions: 1. What would you price this at? (setup + monthly) 2. Is this even a good idea, or am I missing something? Here's the demo, try building a fence: https://fencebook.app/ I'd really appreciate everyone's feedback, good or bad. And if anyone ever needs something like this built for their niche, feel free to reach out. I'd love to connect.

Hey @Omar B, well done, and niching down sounds pretty promising. Haven't even thought of this kind of possible clients, but apparently there are some! I got on your website, but the live demo didn't work - said "The 3D preview isn't available on this device. Your price still updates" (I was on a laptop, Firefox browser. Maybe it would've worked in Chrome, I didn't check). So maybe you could tackle that. Also, maybe you'd want to add some responsiveness - like :hover for some parts or blocks, to make the website feel more alive. Can't tell you anything on the price cause I'm not in the niche at all, but that's what I've seen on the website part. But gj anyways, keep on going and success is yours. Btw, have you already got some customers, or u're just starting out in the niche?
I have 400 voice notes on my phone. I’ve listened to maybe 12 of them.
Every one was a client I promised to call back. So I built something that listens for me. I talk, it types, it files, it nags me at 8:30 every morning. I’m not more organized now. My bot is. PORT..........

Damn man @Md Shakile, took a look at your website. That's quite a few workflows you have there, good job! It looks pretty dope with the workflow screenshots, but I believe if you want to spend a couple hours and make custom covers for those, it could look even better. Otherwise, honestly so surprised to see so many solutions to different possible problems and optimizations. Good job, keep it up bro! 🔥
Instantly campaign notifications via Apps Script 🛠️
upd: can use Apps Script once - to only set connect n8n webhook to Instantly through their API - and after that, you can use n8n to receive the webhooks and send notifications. The flow is in the 3rd attached image. Hi everyone! Today I wanted to set up notifications from Instantly when my emails from a campaign get a reply. But then Instantly hit me with their Hyper Growth plan that's the minimum to be able to set up notifications "normally" (via their mobile app or webhook on desktop) 🤦 So I went to Claude and asked for help. And what Claude suggested is having a Google Apps Script to scan Instantly's Unibox via API every minute or so, and ping on mail/Slack when there's a reply. So I set that one up, needed Instantly API, and since I wanted to get notified on Slack, set the workspace and API there as well. Did a test run, seems to be working. So this is the workaround I found today. Just ask Claude to write that for you and walk through the setup process, and it shall be fine. Hope this helps someone in my shoes, trying to figure out the notifications on Growth plan. I'm sure there are also people who do cold emails here with Instantly, and are not on Hyper Growth plan - what's your setup for these notifications?

@Mouldi Nouri Thanks for the advice! Set that up, and it works. How'd you know that? I see lots of useful information from you almost under every post, so props to that!
From 23 to 45 Google Reviews in Just 2 Days
This week was a great reminder that providing value first can open doors you never expected. I decided to help a local business here in Mexico completely for free with their Google Reviews. My goal was simple: help them improve their online reputation and get more reviews from their actual customers. The results after just 2 days: - ⭐ Google Reviews increased from 23 to 45 - 📈 22 new reviews in only 48 hours But here’s where things got even better. While helping them for free, I also closed a deal to build and maintain their website for $100/month. And as if that wasn’t enough, the owner referred me to a doctor who is interested in having me manage the advertising for his clinic. The best part? I never asked for the referral. I simply focused on helping her business get results, and she trusted me enough to recommend my services to someone else. My biggest takeaway Don’t underestimate the power of delivering value before asking for anything in return. I went in to help a business get more Google Reviews, and it turned into: - A new website client paying $100/month - A referral for a potential advertising client - A happy business owner who has seen real results I’m genuinely happy with how this turned out I’m still building, learning, and getting my business off the ground, but experiences like this remind me why I started. Help people get results, build trust, and let your work speak for itself.

Well done, Omar! Congrats, and that's a very good showcase on how good things from your side can turn in yours favor. Congrats, and keep it up!
