Need Honest Feedback on My Roofing Automation Offer
Hey everyone! 👋 I've been working on an offer targeting roofing contractors in the US, and I'd love to get some honest feedback before I start outreach. 💡 Here's my offer: "I help roofing contractors stop losing estimate requests to slow follow-up with instant text-backs for missed calls and automated follow-ups on open estimates, all live in 7 days, without hiring office staff. If the system doesn't help you book at least one additional qualified estimate appointment or job within 30 days of launch, you don't pay." 🎯 I'd love your thoughts on a few things: 1. Is the problem I'm solving painful enough for roofing contractors to pay for? 2. Is the offer clear and compelling, or does it sound too technical? 3. Does the guarantee make the offer stronger, or should I rethink it? 4. What would you improve before taking this to potential clients? I'm trying to build something that solves a real business problem rather than just selling automation for the sake of it. 🔥 Don't sugarcoat it. I'd genuinely appreciate honest, constructive criticism. Thanks in advance! 🙌

@Izhan Sheikh do one for free or heavily discounted first, time the whole thing start to finish, then set your promise based on what actually happened, not what feels right.

@Izhan Sheikh booked estimates and recovered leads, full stop. text-backs are just activity, they don't prove value to a contractor. the number they care about is "how many jobs did i not lose this month that i would have lost before."
Google Ads Analyze with Claude (but not with connector)
Hello Community, I’d like to work with Claude to regularly analyze Google Ads performance (campaigns, ad groups, budgets, potential, etc.) and identify weaknesses and opportunities for optimization. Since the account has several thousand euros in ad spend each month, I don’t want to give Claude direct access with editing permissions etc., so I don’t want to use a Claude connector, and I also don’t want to export the Google Ads account every time. So what options do I have? Has anyone done this before? Is this feasible with n8n?

ran a similar setup for a client, the summarizing step before it hits claude matters a lot or you just end up dumping raw csvs and burning tokens for no reason.
The part I built first, and nobody will ever see it
After my first post, your comments surprised me. I expected questions about the AI. Instead, you asked the hard ones: What about patient privacy? What if two people book the same slot? What happens when the bot doesn't understand? Those are exactly the questions I asked myself before writing a single line of chat. That's why the bot was not the first thing I built. For the first weeks, I worked on parts no patient will ever see. Here's why. A clinic front desk runs on trust. A patient forgives a slow reply. They don't forgive arriving at the clinic to find someone else in their slot. And a clinic owner will never forgive their patients' data reaching the wrong eyes. One mistake like that, and even the smartest bot is finished. So before building the chat, I set 4 rules the system can never break: 1️⃣ Walls between clinics. One clinic can never see another clinic's data. This is enforced at the deepest layer of the system, not just by a line of code someone might forget one day. 2️⃣ One slot = one patient. If two people tap the same time at the same second, only one gets it. The other is instantly offered the next free times. No "we'll sort it out at the desk." 3️⃣ Everything leaves a trace. Every booking, change, cancellation and check-in is recorded: what happened, and who did it, and when. When a patient says "I never cancelled," the clinic has a record, not an argument. 4️⃣ The bot is not allowed to guess. Emergencies skip everything and go straight to a human. If it still can't understand after a couple of tries, it hands over to staff. It doesn't improvise. The lesson I keep re-learning: In healthcare, the boring part is the product. The chat is just the door. And a real thank-you 🙏 Your comments on my first post pointed at a few gaps I had missed in how the bot hands conversations over to staff. I fixed them this week, and I'll share exactly what changed in my next post. Now I need your help: If you've built anything where one mistake costs trust (health, finance, legal…), what's the one "invisible" piece you'd build first?

the "one slot, one patient" race condition is the one most people skip until it actually bites them. did you handle it with a db lock or something else?
Multi-Provider AI Platform
ZoniSoft is a multi-provider AI platform designed to provide a reliable and extensible interface across multiple AI models and providers. I built the platform to support provider orchestration, automatic failover, OpenAI-compatible API access, background job processing, authentication, usage controls, billing, web-search integration, and administrative management. The system is designed so applications and automations can connect through a consistent API while the platform handles provider availability, routing, retries, processing, and operational controls behind the scenes. The project demonstrates full-stack AI solution development across AI integrations, backend architecture, APIs, queues, authentication, billing, and production deployment. did you build out usage controls and billing before or after the core routing worked? seems like the part people skip until it bites them
Have you ever felt like you're losing yourself while building something?
I've been thinking about how easy it is to get so caught up in building something you care about that you slowly start neglecting other parts of your life. Your health, relationships, hobbies, or just having time to enjoy life without feeling guilty for not working. I'm curious if other people here have experienced this too. Have you ever felt this way? And what's been the hardest part for you?

for me it's phone off during dinner, no exceptions, even if something's on fire with a client build.
