@Stuie Bee I believe you aren't technically starving until you begin to use muscles and organs for energy, that won't happen until you're Helmut strebl level ripped because your body will use the organ put there As usable energy source ( subcutaneous fat )

@Stuie Bee I've been in an energy deficit for five months now and never any feeling of inadequate energy . Reta really fine tunes your metabolism I think
TRT
Hey Gym goers. As I’m thinking about TRT at the moment. I’ll be going deeper into research mode today. What sort of levels determined those who are on TRT to start off. Did you just add it in for the benefits. Do you self administer it or do you get it prescribed. What sort of tips and tricks can be offered for one thinking about improving there levels. I’d like mine the same as I had in my 20s 🤣.

A consideration/issue on the underground lab market is authenticity of the product https://www.skool.com/whwido/am-i-on-trt?p=1fb56299
Muscle runs on Vitamin D?
https://starpower.substack.com/p/the-vitamin-d-playbook-why-every?r=wyw6a&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=web A separate study of 214 athletes at the NFL Combine found that 59% had inadequate vitamin D status, including 10% who were frankly deficient, and that players with a history of lower-extremity muscle strains or core muscle injuries were significantly more likely to be among them (Rebolledo et al., 2018).

Split help - edited. New split started
Morning all. 2:30am wooow had a good sleep thou. gym time soon. Anyway enough of my messed up clock I’m after feedback on how best to spread out my work load. Last week I decided to do a bit more and see how I went on. I enjoyed everything and o was satisfied. Still had more in the tank and I found I didn’t push myself too hard. So my ask is. I’m looking for a split that will accommodate my running. The gym for me is a non negotiable and if something had to go it would be cardio 😭. But I also love cardio stuff and pushing myself so I want to do both. My last weeks activity is below. Do you think this is doable week in week out. @Stuie Bee seems like it could factor into a lean bulking program to avoid fat gain too but I'm not done with fat loss yet
