@Derik Utz I feel you there! I tend to rush through life. In an attempt to slow down, I try to leave my phone in another room and notice things in my immediate environment that I have never really noticed before (even if it’s a small as the birds chirping). Those small moments help me slow down a bit

IT'S A WIN!
I'm so proud of @Mark Martins . He has battled through some new pains and health scares, and still shed 15 pounds over the past 6 weeks! Please join me in saying "YOU DA MAN!" <- or something less cringy.

💪 Weekend Warriors 💪
@Benjamin Craig and @Derik Utz stopped through Knoxville today for a solid chest and triceps workout! Nothing beats kicking off a Saturday morning with a great workout and good friends. Who’s getting a workout in this weekend? Drop it in the comments! 👇

Love to see it!
Oblique Activation
Don't forget: your core contains multiple segments. A great way to activate your obliques (the muscles along your rib cage) is the slow, controlled knee-to-elbow pull-off from a plank. Slow and controlled = maximum activation. Get it in!
