Hey Lisa. I fall asleep to 432z female and run it for a couple of hours through the night, 432hz reset frequency to start the day, and 888hz money manifest throughout the day. Really enjoying this daily ritual for now. What about you?

What’s your biggest win this week? Have you noticed any changes

A big one for me is I did my exercise first thing as soon as I got up before I even had my coffee! something mentally shifted , I actually wanted to do it, @Kenny Sanders this is the Motivation & Discipline Female version that I think has been helping me.
