Hi everyone, I'm excited to join this community! I'm an STR operator that has been invested in short term rentals since 2013. My business partner and I currently own about 15 properties with 45 total under management across 6 markets at our PM company ( Coolbnbs.com ) and I'm also an active broker at EXP Realty in Charlotte NC. I had the chance to meet Matt and learn all about STR IQ at the Limitless RE event about a month ago and had the opportunity to be featured on his 'Find it Friday' call a couple weeks ago. I'm still in acquisition mode too so if anyone has something they're looking to sell or needs managed, please DM me! Looking forward to networking with you all!

Hello everyone! I am a STR Agent in Sedona. Ive managed properties and designed them for over 13 years. Super thrilled to be apart of this community and gain and offer insight.
