Don’t Start Podcast
Don’t Start a Podcast to Grow Fast. Start it to Grow Deep. If your goal is speed, you’ll quit. If your goal is depth, you’ll compound. Podcasting rewards patience. It punishes shortcuts. Every meaningful brand I’ve seen was built slowly but intentionally. Depth lasts longer than hype.

I really like this perspective. A podcast can take time to build, but creating genuine connections with the audience seems much more valuable than chasing quick numbers. Consistency and having meaningful conversations with guests can probably create a stronger community over time. Do you think the biggest challenge is staying consistent or finding topics that keep people coming back?
I need you...
I am looking for people who use email marketing in their business; if that's you, I look forward to connecting with you.

Hey Andréas! 😊 I’m interested in email marketing and would be happy to connect. I’m currently learning more about how people use email to build relationships, nurture leads, and promote their offers. What type of business are you using email marketing for, and what are you hoping to improve right now?
Hormozi Fan?
It´s Alex Hormozi birthday! And to celebrate I'm putting into practice what he teaches: AI can create slick content super fast, but what's the much harder task? Making sure that content still sounds like you in your own skin. If you´re a founder, coach, speaker, or other business person who seem to be their own info product, I have 6 slots open to try this system and see if it stands the test of taste. No cost. No catch. Only feedback from you. Do you have spoken content, (about 8–12 hours) you´d like to repurpose into posts that do not sound like Chat GPT, Claude, or any other LLM wrote them?

I agree, keeping the person’s own voice is probably the hardest part. AI can make the content look polished, but if it doesn’t sound like the person behind the business, it can lose that personal connection. I think using real spoken content as the source is a smart approach because there’s already a natural tone and personality to work with. I’d be interested to see how well the system keeps those little details that make the writing feel genuinely human.
I dmed 82 people today on Instagram.
I dmed people who liked my content on instagram and who liked other swim instructors posts to get more leads for my swim course. Is there anything else I should do?

That’s a solid amount of outreach for one day. I’d also focus on engaging with people before and after sending the DM, like leaving genuine comments on relevant posts and following up with people who showed interest. You could also look for parents or people actively asking about swimming lessons, beginner swim programs, or water safety. Those conversations may be more targeted than only reaching out to people who liked a post.
