Topsy Turvy match
Played 2 lost 2, conceded 9 scored zero, 1st match Davidwin coaches MOTM, 2nd match he won parents and players MOTM, those were the stats going into today's away match, 1st half finished 2 - 0 down, 1st goal bad positioning from Davidallowed himself to be chipped, 2nd goal was rebound after another penalty save. With only 11 players seemed it was going to be a struggle, the lads battled hard and went 3 - 2 up, with only a couple of minutes left nerves were jangling, then they equalised from a corner, the resulting kick off we went straight up tge other end and scored to make it 4 - 3 and won. What a game. Here are highlights. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGdC8YJw7/

What a comeback! Going 2–0 down and then fighting back to win 4–3 with only 11 players is incredible. It sounds like David showed real resilience too, especially after the early mistake and the penalty save. Those are the kinds of matches the players and coaches will remember for a long time. Definitely sounds like a game worth watching the highlights for!

@David Radbourne Haha I can imagine! 🤣 Those comeback games are amazing to watch, but I’m sure they’re a whole different experience when you’re actually on the pitch! At least you came through when it mattered and got the win in the end. 💪⚽
Most young goalkeepers and their parents spend years guessing their training, searching blindly for college scouts, and trying to figure out how to secure glove sponsorships without any insider connections.
If your goal is to land a USA scholarship, turn professional, or simply build unbreakable confidence between the posts, you need a proven developmental roadmap and the right tool stack to back it up: - For Match & Training Analysis: Record your matches and shot-stopping sessions using CapCut to review positioning and footwork, or analyze tactical distribution angles with coaches on Zoom or Loom. - For Tracking Performance & Stats: Keep your match logs, fitness metrics, and scout outreach notes structured in Notion or organize your training schedules inside Google Sheets. - For Mental Conditioning & Drills: Use ChatGPT or Claude to design pre-match visualization routines, or study elite distribution and save techniques on YouTube. Achieving elite goalkeeper status shouldn't feel like guessing in the dark. If you're trying to structure your training regimen, prep for a scout showcase, or map out your next athletic milestone, drop your current bottleneck straight into Floment.ai. It cuts through the confusion and gives you a straight, execution-ready blueprint so you can stop wondering what if and start getting noticed. 👇 What is the biggest challenge you or your goalkeeper are facing right now—getting scouted, building confidence, or fixing technical errors? @Laura De You’re very welcome, Laura! 😊 Glad you found it helpful. Keep working on those small improvements and staying consistent—those things really add up over time.
Very one sided!
My team played in the Devon Cup first round today and we won 23-0. It was a crazy game with everyone in the team scoring. Their keeper had a really good game and kept the score down. At the end I went over and spoke with him and told him he had a cracking game. On to the next round. 👌💚

23–0 is an unbelievable result! It’s really good to hear that you still took the time to encourage their goalkeeper afterward. A scoreline like that can be tough for a keeper, so hearing that from an opponent probably meant a lot. Congratulations to the team, and good luck in the next round!

@Dexter Allan you're welcome!
A timely retreat is a victory in itself
Today was finally my league debut in goal—a bit delayed after having to fill in as an outfield player last match because we were short-staffed. Unfortunately, the warmup already felt a bit off with some muscle tightness, and the game confirmed it right away. My quad started pulling early on, so I played it safe and asked for a sub in the 13th minute. It’s frustrating, but with age, you learn that pushing through only leads to a severe injury and months on the sidelines. Having a second keeper this season is a huge advantage. Why risk a serious tear when you have a teammate on the bench ready to step up? Fortunately, with next week off for the local holiday, I’ve got extra time to ice it, recover, and come back stronger. As for the match, it ended 1-1. We had enough chances to take all three points, especially with a numerical advantage for the final 20 minutes, but it just wasn't our day. Time to focus on recovery!

I think you made the right call by coming off early. It’s frustrating to finally make your league debut and then have to leave after 13 minutes, but avoiding a serious injury is much more important than trying to push through it. Having a second keeper available is definitely a huge advantage in situations like this. Hopefully the extra week gives you plenty of time to recover and come back feeling stronger.
Awesome Hampshire cup victory today for Cameron
Dominant 4:1 victory for Cameron’s team today at home against Hartley Wintney FC. Fabulous diving save away to his right and a well executed K Block to win a 1on1 shortly afterwards by Cameron kept the score line comfortable. Great result.

That’s a fantastic result for Cameron! A 4–1 win is already impressive, but those two saves sound like they made a real difference in keeping the game comfortable. Well done to Cameron and the whole team!
