@Eric William Good question. Whether the company cares is the one unknowable (e.g. companies like Apple and Disney seem to care a lot about use of their logos, while others don't). Whether is technically permissible is going to depend on the license given in to the user of the services. For example, Shopify's Trademark policy disallows the use of their use of their corporate logo, but those authorized can use the "Shopify Partner" logo. Same with Google. They disallow the standard Google logo, but after signing an agreement, you can use "Google Certified Trainer." Companies like Anthropic and Apple expressly disallow the use of their logo, but it would be permissible to reference the text name in materials under nominative fair us. Unless using nominative fair use, it's always going to depend on the specific trademark license given by the trademark owner, and then will they care/will they do anything about it.
