Is there a way to get one on one support other than the zoom calls on Tuesday?

Haven't been totally on track with my workouts 😕 but making mindful choices, until today, with my nutrition, 🍩🍩🫣 Going to do better on getting workouts in, but getting my step goal!!

Had a dr appointment and the scale has went to down 5lbs!!!! I have had a tough few days as far has nutrition and time management, and will have my grandkids the next two days, so I really struggle with finding time for everything, but I keep telling myself "DON'T QUIT" and along with my anxiety medication trying to find the right fit, im extremely emotional as well, but im still here and getting things figured out and working on meals so I can just grab and go, is a big thing, so trying to get that done before this evening and I know this was all over the place Hence ADHD, but i just need to check in with my Mob Fam, so if uiu see my on a zoom call and im super emotional, you'll know why! 🙃 Thanks for listening to me babble!!!
