I allowed overwhelm to convince myself I didn’t have time for breathwork. I abandoned the practice for likely 3 weeks and those weeks have been a struggle. Today I made time and watched the last replay…I feel better again. Lesson learned… Also I got a bunch of crazy downloads too haha Love you all 🫶

Yesterday I got the opportunity to hold space for my nephew who experienced his first BwC ceremony. We watched the replay about Relationships because he is newly starting a relationship and is recognizing all the fears that come up and the repeated patterns that he is ready to break. It was an incredible experience to share this resource with him. He got a ton of clarity about what was really the core wound and released a lot of emotion behind it. I love having all these replays available. 🌿💚

Hey all, so I'm currently in school to become a massage therapist. Learning anatomy and physiology is part of the curriculum. I've had a lot of downloads simply from studying how the different systems in the body work, such as the nervous, digestive, etc. The one I want to share today is about the respiratory system. Inside our lungs, the structures that actually exchange air between our blood and the atmosphere are called alveoli. A pair of lungs has somewhere between 300 and 800 MILLION of these little guys depending on your size. MILLIONS! The total surface area of these is somewhere around 800 sq feet. My lungs have more surface area dedicated to receiving and exchanging air than my whole apartment. Wild! If you have lungs, you are ABUNDANT! And... this is just one small example from the magnificent machine of the human being. What a profound honor to inhabit this body. You are abundant by your nature! What a gift to have such a potent mechanism to interface with the cosmic wonder of breath!
