That would have to be a lot of protein! For me, I'd need to know exactly what the person is eating. I could eat 100 grams of protein and cookies and gain weight. 😅 I would need more info. ☺️

Will Dietary Fat Make You Fat?
Can a high fat Carnivore diet really cause excessive fat gain? Or is this just mainstream nonsense entering the Carnivore community?
