You don’t have to fix everything today. And you certainly don’t have to carry everything at once. Sometimes the shift is simply noticing how far you’ve already come. Give yourself permission this weekend to live a little. Laugh. Rest. Go outside. Call someone you love. Do something that has absolutely nothing to do with healing, improving, achieving, or becoming. We are not in lack.

I ask that you keep our family in prayer especially his 3 teenage daughters, adult son, his mom and bonus mom. He had finished radiation for brain cancer and was set to reunite with his daughters but needed a test to fly. His doctors didn't like what they saw so they admitted him and he succumbed. His Dad transitioned in 2024. Our family needs 💛💡SSA
